The hotel deserves more than 5 stars for service and facilities

Impeccable service by all the hotel staff, most esp our Villa Manager, Mr. Nole; our villa was fantastic in design and comfort; the restaurants had very good food and ambiance; building architecture and landscaping were well-designed; the beds were very comfortable and they let you choose your preferred pillow type; free champagne, Greek pastries, and fruit platter on arrival AND departure; heated pools and jacuzzi; golf buggy transport service to and from our villa; turn-down service.. the list never ends.

The heated jacuzzi and pool needed to be vacuumed more often since dust is blown by strong winds into the water.

Perfect vacation at Andronis Arcadia

Best vacation thanks to Andronis Arcadiahotel and it's professional team. Everything was perfect, the room, the peaceful atmosphere the hospitality, professional courteous staff. Incredible breakfast, and they have beefbar restorant don't skip dinner there!! Full gym, amazing spa. They have a selection of pillows to choose if you like different comfort. Complimentary miniral water in the room and an espresso machine. But again I got to give it up to the people working around the clock to make my stay the best experience possible. Best vacation ever

The decor, stunning! The rooms come with a private pool. Double sinks in the bathroom. Spacious gym. Loved that you can online book spa service, I hate when you have to actually call to reserve. What’s app texting with staff was so convenient. Right next to town, so very easy to explore oía. Felt very very safe.

It’s an okay hotel, but the rooms are very empty and bland. They desperately need colour. Cleaning was subpar as well.

Lovely, quiet and vibing stay

The service and the concierge were just beyond expectation. There’re 2 amazing restaurants inside the hotel. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian street of Oia only 5 mins by walk so you can get easy there for shopping or dining. The hotel combines the vibing life of Oia and the quieter atmosphere when you get back to the hotel.

Romantic

The view was incredible, the staff were genuinely kind, and the facilities were beautiful. They even helped me decorate our room to celebrate our mini-moon, which made the experience feel extra special. The breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I only wish we’d stayed for one more night.

Due to the design of the property and its proximity to nature, there were some cracks near the entrance, which led to a noticeable number of ants. However, once we raised this with the staff, they promptly sent someone to address the issue.

Memorable and excellent stay.

The hotel is nice and well equipped with pools and facilities. The staff are very helpful and responsive. It’s very close to the Main Street of Oia too.

Price is quite on the high side but still worth it.

great hotel for older families or couples assuming construction work finished.

the staff were really lovely

this property is really not suitable for young children. we travelled with a two year old and the rooms and pools are all polished concrete which meant we were in tenderhooks consistently that our daughter may fall and crack her head! it’s a lovely hotel but out of season the main pools are not heated and there js a lot of construction next door meaning it was extremely dirty and dusty around the pool area . the staff did their best to make everything better for us.

Andronis Arcadia is a superb hotel for those looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Oia. It’s definitely in the premium bracket of hotels however this is noted through their attentive service and caring staff. The facilities are fantastic, amazing food, incredible views and some little finishing touches that make it more special.

Beautiful location, beautiful pool, amazing service with personal touches. It is amazing for family with kids. The hotel is located away from the Oia town just a short 5 min walk from but it means it is quiet and not busy and overrun with tourists like the rest of Oia. Even before we arrived, the hotel rang us to arrange transport from airport which included baby seat. The hotel room itself is gorgeous with heated pool with heated tiles outdoor. We enjoyed our swim outdoor in October with sunset view. The room is spacious and beautifully designed. Our room is cleaned twice a day. Breakfast was included with our stay and comes with breathtaking infinity pool views. The breakfast is delicious and generous. The staff goes extra mile to make our stay special with little present to our baby and also little souvenir when we left. We had an amazing time.

We can't wait to return

While it definitely will cost you money to eat and drink, the view, food, hospitality and experience are worth it. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and obliging; as guests we weren't asked to lift a finger. The facilities were clean, the gym served its purpose and was clean, and the location is remote and removed from the summer crowds. We really couldn't find a reason to leave the resort and so we didn't.

The staff at the Pacman bar could have been more eager to please, timely, and hospitable-- but I suppose I'm a tough critic as a person from NYC.

immediately got upgraded to platinum which meant free mini bar and a lunch which was excellent , the new large pool is lovely , fantastic space in the 3 bed Villa and very good A/C

walk to the pool through the restaurant was a little strange , housekeeping struggled to give us correct amount of glasses / cups for 6 people in our villa

The thumping music, by the pool. The constant instagrammers. The restaurant was wonderful but full on every night, would be good to have a more relaxed option for guests of the hotel.
