Stunning Views and Amazing Staff

Our experience from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was phenomenal. The staff greeted us and helped bring our luggage to the property. Feya was the sweetest and gave us recommendations and a map of where to go! Breakfast was delicious! But the most impressive thing was the view. The view from the property was stunning. It was worth every penny! The outdoor pool was also a nice touch.

An ultimate relaxing getaway

The place oozes luxury, from the beautiful caldera views, to the tasteful decors inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that the room was separate from the living area where we have a comfortable sofa to lie on, and beautiful amenities. There was a huge variety in the breakfast choices, and you can have it in your room or outside by the pool, with a view of the caldera

The staff had to move our indoor table outdoors if we wanted breakfast with a view - not an issue, but we felt like it was a bother for them.

The room we had (Cliff Nest) was perfect as we needed landmark views, sea side view and caldera in one sight. The checkin process was very smooth with luggage help and a wonderful welcome drinks with very helpful island map info. Staffs were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed a lot amazing sunrise and sunset from the balcony with a heated jacuzzi pool. Definitely would love to come back again!

It was a perfect last few days to an amazing trip to Greece! Thank you!!

The location was perfect! We could walk to everything and when we wanted to get away from it all, we could just walk down to our room and it was peaceful and serene. There are a lot of stairs down to the property but that’s what kept the crowds away. Staff was fantastic and everything was seamless. They arranged a pickup from the airport and when we arrived there was a person already there to help us with our luggage. We didn’t have to wait to check in - the room was cleaned and ready for us before noon, and the day we left, they let us stay until we had to head to the airport at 1pm. Breakfast and all other room service we ordered was fast and really good. I have a gluten allergy and it was no problem (which was completely different than every other place we stayed or ate at in Greece.) Overall, I would highly recommend Armenaki to anyone going to Santorini. They made it a truly special trip!

We stayed in the residence room which is a better location than some of the other rooms. Two rooms in particular, had walkways right in front of them so they had a lot less privacy and probably a lot more noise. The stairs may also be a problem for some people but given there are stairs all over Santorini, they shouldn’t be a surprise.

Just okay

The location was good and close to the major spots in Oia. Also the staff were polite and made arrangements to pick us up from a central point upon our arrival at Oia. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Overpriced. We expected a bigger pool just like in other hotels we stayed at. Also the porter who helped bring our boxes out when we were departing damaged our new boxes. We complained to the management of the property and shared pictures but they refused to take responsibility which was super annoying

The location was in the heart of Oia, very convenient to everything. The hotel manager was exceptional and took care of everything, arranging airport pick up, taxis, excursions, and booking restaurants. The breakfast was included and their were many options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Magical Time in Santorini

Alexia, Alexia, Alexia! Words can not convey our appreciation for how special she made our 5 night stay with our daughter at the Armenaki. It was wonderful. Our rooms were delightful, the views were beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious and all of the staff were warm and attentive. Alexia is a superstar with the most endearing personality. We have traveled extensively for decades and been treated well many times but Alexia exceeded everyone. We loved her. We had no day plans upon arrival, which is unusual for us. Alexia cared for us, making terrific recommendations where to go, when to go, what to know, where to have lunch, where to have a coffee, where to have a glass of wine, arranging drivers, helping with pre-existing dinner reservations - everything. She made our visit to Santorini magical. We will treasure our time there and be grateful to her forever.

An amazing start to our honeymoon in Greece, with Alexia leading the way!

The hotel looked EXACTLY like the photos! I went with my wife on our honeymoon and the staff did everything to make our stay beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful, with a standout9 star in Alexia, the concierge. She was truly a godsend and made our stay incredible. Amazing views with a lovely pool in the heart of Oia.

If you are visiting Santorini, book a room with a pool - you will be so glad you did!!! We adored our private pool, it was the perfect spot to escape the heat and the crowds and just take in the stunningly gorgeous view!! Our afternoons relaxing at the pool were the most enjoyable part of our trip. The room was also superb - modern, comfortable, spacious, and clean. Special thanks to the staff for helping with everything we needed, even when that meant carrying our heavy suitcases up loads of stairs. The location was also excellent!
