the jacuzzi would be better outside than inside of the room, and also the bed chairs in patio should be changed, puffs are ridiculous, we couldn't sit on them, there was no place for tanning, the patio was covered with roof which was a main problem and the second no proper bed chairs

Most adorable place and best staff possible in Oia

OMG the view!! Did not want to leave the balcony. In fact, I slept out on the balcony! Room was adorable and comfortable with a couch and table and chairs, oh, and an indoor jacuzzi. Crazy! The manager, Eva, was wonderful. She sent a coworker out to find us in the maze of Oia, otherwise we’d still be looking for our villa. She also booked us a catamaran cruise happening a mere 18 hrs later, and even got them to pick us up and drop us off at different locations. And breakfast brought to our room in the am? This place is simply wonderful!

The bathroom was a little cramped, but then this is Oia.

The room provided us with such an amazing view and everyone was so friendly. The manager was really contactable and helped us with so many things. She was honestly so amazing. She helped us get cheaper taxi rides than uber, plan wine tours, and provided us catamaran tours. Also the view from this place we stayed was one of the most amazing views in Oia. The caldera view was really perfect and exactly like the picture.

STAY AWAY from these scam artists

The view is nice. However, they have no secure entrance so other tourists constantly trespass onto your patio at all hours for photos

Absolutely horrific stay. The room was not properly cleaned (used toilet paper rolls left at the sink, empty toiletry bottles, hair from previous guests on the sheets and pillows). Worst of all, I was fairly injured by the jacuzzi. The property does not maintain it well, and there was no protective cover over the suction pump. I ended up getting stuck to the side of the jacuzzi for well over a minute in excruciating pain, and now can barely move my shoulder. When I told staff about this in the morning, they aggressively confronted us, mocked me, and asked me demeaning questions like “have you ever even used a jacuzzi before”. They had told us we could check out at noon, but then began kicking us out at 11am and passive aggressively cleaning the space while we were still trying to get ready. When I conveyed all this to Booking, the property lied and told them none of this happened. They were also supposed to book us a taxi to return to the port - and that arrived nearly 40 minutes late. They had the audacity to beg us not to leave a bad review as we left. Stay very far away from this terrible hotel.

The location of the villa is absolutely perfect right in the middle of Oia village and the scenery from the rooms are unmatched. The staff was also very friendly and provided us recommendations around the village.

Our pickup service came late and there were a few miscommunications on the payment method which made start of the experience bumpy. The room in particular can also use some upgrades. The water motor is a bit loud at night and moving these outside the room might help.

Armeni Villas are a dream. They are in the most perfect location with beautiful views and a very short walk to one of the best sunsets you’ll ever see. The breakfast is nothing short of perfect and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Marina, the villa manager is one of the best I’ve ever met. She’s kind, sweet and extremely accommodating. Great staff

The staff was amazing. They were literally a phone call away and catered for all our needs no matter what time we messaged Marina. She always responded. The view was also stunning.

We didn't realise how many stairs there were to get to the apartment so that was very difficult and very dark at night time. Also the breakfast menu was very limited. We were there for 6 nights so just eggs and bread got very boring.

Marina took well care of us during our stay. she organized our transfer and booked us a sunset cruise! Oia is beautiful and overall lovely villa at centre of Oia. We stayed here in Oia just for our trip to Santorini. Within walking distance to Sunset Boulevard and the main commercial street. not to deep in Oia so bearable daily hike.

Excellent location with magnificent views! Breakfast was served in the villa every morning at our requested time. Marina and her staff went above and beyond to make this a very memorable trip! Highly recommend this property for couples.

Having to leave the villa and climb another set of stairs to get to a balcony with umbrella didn’t work for us. Would recommend the property to add umbrella to main balcony to make it more enjoyable since no plunge pool.

Fabulous especially if you have someone like Marina taking care of you.

Marina was very attentive with all our needs and was checking up on us every morning. She gave us lots of information on things to do and suggested us with restaurants to eat at too. The steps going down to the villas are not easy with the luggage but Fotis took care of it so anyone looking to come here doesn’t need to worry about their luggage. The view is fantastic. Anyone coming to Santorini should definitely stay in Oia and on the slopes to get the real feel of the place.
