Most incredible hotel in Santorini.. Wish we booked 4 nigts instead of 3. From the time we arrived to check in the service was incredible. The hotel had free parking steps away. George who worked for the hotel came to my car( I was waiting in a loading zone behind a tour bus) with my husband to show us where the parking lot was. He carried 2 of our big suitcases which were close to 50 lbs each to the hotel. We checked in. The receptionist was wonderful . She gave us a cell phone to use in Santorini. She said to call if we need anything from booking taxis , tours, recommendations and bookings for restaurants . She gave us a 2 page form to fill out for want we for breakfast. We fill out a new form everyday. We can choose times for breakfast to be served on patio daily.
George carried it on his shoulders down to our suite. Our suite was 2 levels down the stairs. I was worried that George would fall considering how steep the stairs were. George was so kind and continuously smiling.
Our suite called Athina Suite was beautiful with the most incredible view of the caldera and volcano from the patio. The patio had a table and chairs. There was 2 lounger chairs also. We were given a free bottle of white wine on ice. My only complaint was that we should have free coffee in the room. The Nespresso pods were not cheap. The twice daily housekeeping was great, bed very comfortable, decent size fridge, iron and ironing board, having 2 AC units in suite was fantastic . George brought us breakfast daily with a big smile on his face. He always had to come back twice to bring all the food and beverages. The breakfast was incredible everyday. Every evening someone would bring a prelit lantern to put on table on patio. The view at sunset was incredible. The location in Oia was perfect. It was a few steps from a convenience store which had decent prices for alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and snacks. Hard to believe that the location was quieter than anywhere else in Oia. Even one of my husband’s favorite watch store(Tudor) was across from hotel.
I could go on and on how much my husband and I love this hotel. We travel on 2 to 3 big trips yearly usually staying in the top rated 5 star hotels. My husband said this was his favorite of all. I agree with him. I told my husband that this hotel, the service and the view from it is what I think heaven should be. It was above our expectations.

Perfect views, magical memories and staff kind , making you feel at home. Will always go to Santorini and stay with them, they left you with that feeling of coming back . Love it !

We loved everything about our stay. So nice to have hotel parking close by. George was so incredible. He is always smiling and eager to help. I don’t know how he can carry two heavy suitcases from the car and down the stairs to our room. The steps being so steep and slippery I was worried about George doing luggage and carrying breakfast to the room. The girls at the desk were both amazing too. They were always eager to help and answer questions. The location of hotel is in a peaceful area of Oia. Our suite (Athina’s)was incredible . It was comfortable (bed couch, dining table and beautiful. The view outside was to die for. Everytime I looked or sat outside I felt like I was in heaven. The breakfast that George brought us every morning was outstanding too. Even the complimentary bottle of wine was excellent. My husband and I think it was the best hotel we ever stayed at. We travel often all over the world. Wish we had booked 4 nights instead of 3.
My only complaint is that the Nespresso pods in the room were 3.50 euro each. All of the 4 and 5 star hotels always have free coffee in the room.
We will recommend this hotel to all
of our friends and family. It was beyond our expectation.
