The perfect stay in Santorini!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! The room was so clean and had lots of complimentary amenities. The view is the best in the world. The breakfast was amazing and the host was the best we’ve had. There is not a better place to stay in all of Greece. We will be staying here again.

Wonderful stay with amazing hospitality!

I absolutely loved our stay! The view was beautiful, but what really stood out was the amazing hospitality. The staff was so kind and helpful, they even arranged a driver to take us wherever we needed to go, both there and back. Communication was easy and convenient through WhatsApp, with quick responses every time. Even though there’s no front desk, everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend! 10/10. Thank you !

Love every second would definitely rebook

The breakfast was put on by another company but none the less was very good with amazing view. Also, the staff were exceptionally helpful. If you want the best view of the blue dome book here, Unbelievable! Would definitely recommend

Best place to stay in ALL of Oia!

Honestly the most beautiful property in all of Santorini! It really does has the best view and to top it off - Greg, and his team were just SO incredibly nice!! This is absolute value for money, and our entire trip to Santorini was better because we stayed in this property! The staff went above and beyond for us, the rooms and amenities were crazy good, everything was incredibly clean, just 11/10 experience for us honestly.

When we arrived to Santorini Oia, we were welcomed at the meeting point at the post office. The staff were very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The communication was amazing before we arrived and throughout our stay. On our way to the suite, the staff gave us a tour of Oia, which we felt very helpful as we were walking through it. We were then shown to our room which was absolutely stunning, we were given wine as a complimentary gift and a mini fridge full of juice, Greek yogurt and water which was topped up everyday for us. The suite had gorgeous views of the blue dome and a hot tub with sun loungers. The hot tub was very clean and the staff took pride in their suites. The room was clean and modern and well worth the money we paid for it. It was in a perfect location and easy access to the shops. The team sent us some recommendations on whats app and the password for WiFi which was very handy. The breakfast was located in the town centre of OIA, a short 2 minutes walk. The staff explained what we would receive for breakfast such as a bread basket every morning and your choice of breakfast and a drink from the menu. The food quality was lovely and was very well presented. We had the view of the sea and the blue dome which was lovely when we were eating. We returned to this restaurant for breakfast every morning of our stay. When it was time to check out, the staff were prompt with the support they gave us with our suitcases and even waited for us to have some breakfast before we headed on our travels. Absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable 😊

i would recommend the stay to anyone travelling, the staff very so helpful and hard working, they were proactive at any point to assist guide and help. the room and view was breathtaking.. the most beautiful sunset from the balcony of my room, wish i had stayed longer.. surely looking forward to going back :-)

We had an exceptional stay at Oia Spirit Boutique Residences. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Three Blue Domes, offering direct access to one of the most photographed sites in Santorini. The staff’s hospitality made a lasting impression. They (George and Mario) came out to greet us upon arrival and kindly assisted with our luggage. Even at 4:00 AM on our departure day, Mario was prompt and attentive, driving about half of hour from his home, in helping us carry our bags to the parking area. Communication was also outstanding. George responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions via message, which made the experience seamless from start to finish.

A perfect stay with breathtaking views, a magical twilight atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the highest room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was just a short walk to the castle area for sunset viewing. After the sun had set, we were able to return quickly and enjoy the stunning twilight view from the balcony as the lights came on. Breakfast was served at a partner restaurant, and both the flavor and variety were excellent.

Amazing staff, location, stay!

This is hands down one of the best, and most memorable stays ever. First, the staff - Mario, Greg, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every single day to make the stay magical. They were responsive to all of my questions, and were so helpful with recommendations and setting anything up we needed. They are fabulous, and they alone really made the trip. And then the hotel itself - it is pristine clean, with the nicest accommodations (because we were there on low season, we got to peak in a couple of rooms - there is literally not one bad one in the bunch). You are in THE location to be at. It is not an exaggeration how close to the blue domes you are - you could literally touch them. The views are absolutely stunning. And, you are only a few steps away from the Main Street - so it’s truly not taxing to get in and out each day. I’m someone who really searches for a hotel (I had 22 saved on booking for Santorini!), but this one is the place to stay for the best experience. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

Amazing - best location in Oia

This place is incredible! You won't find a better location in Oia, and the photographs really don't do it any justice. We visited as one of the stops on our Honeymoon, and when we checked in we found our room nicely set out with rose petals etc. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful - special shout out to the gentleman that met us in Oia and helped us with our bags down to the property and then back up again when we checked out! (I think "Niko", but it was loud and I couldn't hear properly when the taxi dropped us off) The owner, Mary, sent us Whatsapp messages prior to check in and was reachable throughout our stay. Other reviews mention the crowds on the approaching paths, but that is par for the course, you are always going to get that, and saying "Excuse me" as walking through seems to do the trick.

The water in the plunge pool was really quite warm, almost Jacuzzi temperature, so when we wanted to cool off from the sun it just felt like getting into a bath. This is the only downside we found, and would still 100% return!

Breathtaking

The host was incredible, they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us, fantastic communication from start to finish. The room (room 8) was in a perfect location with our suitcases being taken to and from our room by the porters. There is no way to put into words what we saw when we opened the door which led to the outdoor seating area and hot tub- the views were simply breathtaking. If you’re thinking of staying here for a special occasion just do it, you won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Santorini Gem 💎

The location, direct views of the blue domes and caldera are amazing. You don't need to queue for photo opportunities as the domes are literally on your property! The accommodation was immaculate and has a cute balcony and sitting area by the jacuzzi pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always just a text message away for any assistance. Highly recommended and won't disappoint.

The restaurant right next to our unit was noisy but that is expected during peak season. Recommend carrying ear plugs if you are looking for an early night. Also, lots of tourists hanging around in the alley right next to the unit, which means less privacy in the pool area. But honestly, we didn't mind it, just happy to go with the flow. If you are seeking privacy though, this may not be the best spot.

The most perfect stay

Everything about the property was perfect. It was in the most incredible location, the view was amazing, everything was so clean and well kept, the staff were so helpful and accommodating, we had breakfast served to our front door and laundry done for no additional charge, it was the best place I have ever stayed at, an absolute dream.

I wouldn’t say, didn’t like. But for general feedback. The garden furniture could do with updating and maybe a little freshen up inside, but don’t let this detract from what is probably the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in for a holiday

You are paying for the location and the location is GREAT!

The location is prime. Right above the infamous blue domes. The views from our balcony were so wonderful, that we were out there quite often just to admire and take alot of pictures. There is no need to queue or fight for photo spots with many other people. We also had our boxed breakfast out on the balcony as well. The breakfast were quite substantial, the choco-banana crepes were delicious. Communication was good with the owner, mostly via whatsapp. There is no check-in lobby, but there was someone to pick us up from the main square to walk us and carry our luggage to the hotel, brought us our breakfast and attend to some of our random small requests. The service staff were friendly. Very well-kept hotel, clean and neat. Our room was a good size for 2 people, and we made used of the sofa bed as well.

Being in such a central location does mean you may have to deal with crowds and had to maneuver through alot of people in order to get to your hotel's gate, as that location seems to be a prime spot for photos. We did had to deal with some annoying tourists who questioned why we were jumping their queue when we were not; we didn't need to queue to take any photos from that spot and had every right to move ahead of them to get back to our hotel! The toilet and bath has no door that separates from the rest of the room. So you would have to angle yourself a certain way while sitting on the loo so that people elsewhere in the room can't see you pee.
