This condo is new to the rental market!!! Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. The sofa is not a sleeper but we do allow 8 to occupy the condo.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We stayed in March, condo was clean, right on the beach. Loved the carts on each floor to help with luggage and groceries! We have stayed in this building several times. We wish the outdoor lazy river and pool were heated. The outdoor hot tub was out of use on the outside of the building due to workers on the side of the building. Love the short walk to the beach. Clean beach, family friendly!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, very spacious for a big family and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed it so much we even added another night. Highly recommend. The only bad comment is that I believe at least one parking pass should be included in your stay and most rentals come with chair and umbrella service. Other than that everything was perfect!
