Complete renovation January 2024! New floors, new living room and bedroom furniture.
Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators!
We also have the two 3br Units directly next door, 706 and 707 should you need additional condos for larger groups.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 50'' flat screen HDTV with DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42'' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a 42'' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 42' TV with DVD player, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We have sleeping for 8 on the beds but we do allow occupancy up to 10 if small kids would like to sleep on the sectional sofa.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the condo next door, perfect for large families!!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Outside of buildings and grounds were very well maintained and secure, Just overall unit was not the cleanest. some updates needed.

We loved the condo,,,,it was beautifully decorated and definitely gave the beach vibe. Unfortunately, the floors were terribly dirty. The balcony was super nice but feel it needed a couple more sitting spots. Location was great,,,so close to everything! Just so you know, the girls I was speaking about are in their 70’s and still enjoying traveling together and living life!

This was my 3rd visit to Phoenix West. My prior 2 visits were through an individual owner. With this unit being a rental company, things were different. The unit was nice and nothing majorly wrong. Our biggest complaints were that my 1 yr old grandson had black hands and feet from crawling on the floor all week, including the moment we got there. No visible dirt, but obviously the floors weren't scrubbed well. The wifi is horrible. Sometimes it worked, but we got kicked off often and smart tv rarely worked bc of it. Dish network in Master bedroom did not work; super annoying when you like to relax before bed watching tv. Kitchen not as stocked as any VRBO rental I've ever stayed in. No crockpot, no pizza cutter, only about 4 drinking glasses, etc. I've never stayed in a rental that didn't have salt/pepper, coffee filters and other small items that were left from previous renters, but this one did not. Not a huge deal, as we are prepared to bring/buy all groceries, but just seemed strange.Overall, the unit was nice, and there were no problems with the booking, check in and check out. Just seemed impersonal, and there's quite a few things that need attention.
