My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable and squeaked every time you would move. The condo was really nice and clean. The property was very nice and perfect for kids.

Condo was beautifully decorated. The parking garage was nice when you got to your car it wasn’t 100 degrees. 4 elevators made coming and going a breeze with carts on each floor for easy loading and unloading. The front desk staff was nice. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We brought my daughter and her pack n play fit perfectly in the primary closet for easy sleeping. The balcony had great views and comfortable furniture. The ice machine was a nice touch to pack a cooler. Loved having 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space for family. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. We had a great time. The condos were quiet too no need for sound machine. The lazy river and zero entry pool are perfect for kids.

Reviewer Comments:
We enjoyed the amenities of Phoenix West but was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the furniture and outdoor furniture, the pots/pans and the mattresses especially in the master. Paying a premium price for the week should mean that you are getting premium furniture. The couch is blue but stained significantly in places that you can see it is turning brown. Same for the chairs in the living room. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The cookware was almost unusable. One pan is so uneven that you have to hold it the whole time you cook and everything sticks in the others. The outdoor furniture is dirty/stained and the table is flaking off everywhere. I am not one to complain but given what I paid, I expected more top of the line than mediocre. I have stayed in cheaper Phoenix and had a much better experience with quality for the cost. *I would recommend Phoenix West to friends but suggest a different condo.
