10 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026
The bedroom layout was exactly what we were looking for, the perfect amount of space, though the beds creaked horribly. There appeared to be purple playdoh on one of the bed spreads but since the dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, we left it alone for fear it would take the rest of the week to get it dry. I did message the host about this but didn’t hear back. There were also a few other areas that could have used a bit more detail when cleaning prior to our arrival, including several dishes in cupboards that were dirty. The lounge chairs on the balcony were perfect for a nap. The Keurig coffee maker, A. The kitchen could have used some plastic serving spoons and sharper knives. While there were about 30 extra pillows, there were zero extra pillow cases. Ice maker- chefs kiss 1000/10. The front bedroom window was unlocked and the screen was falling off, which was unsettling. Overall, an excellent location, amazing beach and pool area, the lazy river was awesome. Friendly people. We’d definitely consider coming again.

Property was in good condition. The bathroom shower in the right bedroom backs up onto your feet and needs immediate attention. As for the Phoenix West property itself, the elevator situation is atrocious. On check out day we wait over 45 minutes for an elevator!!!
