About this apartment rental
**The Lazy River and Slide will be closed from October 20th to November 20th for repairs. From November 23rd to December 23rd the Outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed**

Our condo is on the 16th floor and private 3 stack!!! in a perfect position overlooking the Gulf, whether from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Nearly 2,000 sq. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished.
Amenities: Our unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay!!
Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. There is a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a King sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom has two Queen beds and there are two sleeper sofa queens in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof-top tennis courts.
We also have the condo next door should you need more space!
The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally-known artists.
Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was nice -however on Monday the maintenance man came by and said that they need to hook up some fans because there had been a leak on a condo above us .i had noticed when I checked in the fans in the closet. The fans were very very loud —we had 4 and I couldn’t use the closet in the that bedroom .The next day we discovered the master closet with water everywhere -so had to call again about that issue ! Then the dryer on the condo took almost three hours to dry a few items . -I have two grand kids with hearing and sensory issues and the loud noise really bothered them so I had to turn off fans during night . The fans stayed on during most of time we were there except at night. The lazy river didn’t have enough swimming rings -and people would go down earlier and put towels on chairs -no chairs for the people at the pool ! The water slide needed to have a life guard there at all times -my 2year old grand son would go down the slide and the adults would be in the pool everywhere and I had trouble getting to help when he came off the slide ! Then other kids would come down before the other person cleared the slide and knock the little ones underwater ! It seemed dangerous to me. I have been vacationing at orange beach for about 25 years and this was my first time at the Phoenix resort-I just feel like I paid a lot of money to have to deal with the issues at my condo . The parking was crazy but I knew that was going to be an issue from my checking on issues .

Everything was very positive. The only slight negative was the king size bed in the bedroom to the right once you enter the front door. It was very noisy when sitting on the edge and getting out of bed. Other than that, the unit was very well furnished andI believe everyone had a great time.

I would give it a five star but the beds were very uncomfortable! Everything else was excellent!
