Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very open and roomy and allowed for my disabled father to get around very nicely. We also enjoyed the view outside the windows and the spacious balcony.

Amazing property, beautiful view, great use of space! We had 12 people stay and it was enough room for everyone. The walk to the beach was perfect! (And that is saying a lot because we had 8 kids including two toddlers) I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Thank you!

We had a great week!!! The dryer took 4 cycles to dry any clothes/towels. The beach was awesome! Views were amazing! Elevators quick and speedily! So fun enjoying lazy river, pickleball courts, ocean and ice cream!

The check in was easy. The deck furniture was nice. The dining room furniture was also very nice. General decor seems nice but the couches and chairs seem worn with the swivel chairs showing noticeable dirt. There was no ice maker scoop, pizza cutter or plastic bowls. Wash cloths were supplied however some seemed to be well used. There was black mold on the primary shower grout and one of the guest rooms had a blue comforter that was ripped on a corner with stuffing coming out. It was a holiday weekend and the complex was stuffed to the gills with families to the point it was wall to wall people in the pool and lazy river.
