Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 10. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great condo and property facilities!

We (Party of 5) enjoyed our first time stay at Orange Beach. We enjoyed that it was close to a lot of restaurants and a beautiful beach. We chose this condo due to the size, location, beach, and pools. The home did not disappoint. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit and the complex were both very clean. The pictures are exact. We were disappointed that the indoor pool, sauna, and spa was closed all week due to updates and repairs. You get one small dishwashing detergent, one dishwasher packet for the dishwasher, and one laundry packet. Be prepared to bring all cleaning supplies for your stay. Again, the entire complex is very clean and well maintained; we would definitely stay here again. You can tell that the complex takes great pride in keeping it refreshed and up to date.

Great stay just wished we knew construction was going on and pool was closed. Our room code expired a day early but the lobby staff corrected it immediately.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Appliances needed up dating, one toilet lid broken, bathrooms did not smell clean, rugs were dirty around edges. This would have been ok if the rental were lower.
