Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen smart 4k TV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. Sofa bed in living room. All bedrooms have private bathrooms plus an extra full sized bathroom.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The vacation rental was clean.

The condo was nice and offered a lot. It needs some attention to the beat up trim, improperly hung photos, loose headboards, etc. The showers were good, it was nice to park on the 7th floor of the garage and just walk in. The fans are noisy and need repaired. Dryer has to be slammed really hard to close properly. We tried to sweep and a couple times but the container was jam packed full of sand and had not been emptied by the cleaners for multiple times. Great view on the balcony and easy enough to take the stairs down and back up from the lobby. We'd stay here again though.

This condo was perfect for 2 families. The extra hall bath with shower was great so everyone could quickly clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Beds were all comfortable.
Beach - beautiful view! Pools and lazy river were great.

We've stayed at Phoenix West before and love the layout and size of the units. The pool and beach access are amazing. This particular unit needs a major cleaning. Top to bottom. There was mold on the floor near the master shower, dirty walls, floors, etc. The patio screen was torn, which by looking at past reviews, is an ongoing issue. We loved our vacation and the Phoenix West but would probably find a different unit next time.
