So handy and convenient to the event we needed to be at
Mattress extremely soft, which disturbed sleeping.
Obviously understand no cooked breakfast facilities but would have loved to maybe have option of a grab and go type breakfast bag

Generally the property was good but it felt like a sideline to the pub below.
Breakfast was a joke.
Few cobs etc on top landing , help yourself!!
Didn’t like breakfast.
