Cleanliness, nice building and tasteful period decor.
It would have been better if there had been a breakfast option. The shower could have been smartened up. Earl grey tea bags! Probably wouldn’t want to stay for more than two nights.

Easy walk into Ilkeston and close to wedding we were attending. Food brilliant. Bottled water always available.
Metal bed frame was very noisy and mattress dipped in the middle
