About this house rental
This single-level, Forest Beach home is one of the most sought after locations on Hilton Head. Why? One of the reasons is there is no public parking access to it so only the residents can walk there. Just a 2 minute walk to the sand! But, by beach or bike path you are only a 5 minute bike ride from famous 'Coligny' and all the unique shops, restaurants, public beach, grocery stores, and watering holes. The island has lots of Outlet malls, Restaurants, Marina's, with Tennis and Golf facilities which are just around the corner from this centrally located home. But the best part is, you are in a quiet forest area and only 6 houses from the beach, and includes a wagon. ( other renters sometimes leave some beach things behind.) There is secured Wi-Fi, parking for 4 cars and a fully supplied kitchen & laundry. A private screened in pool. Open floor plan. Kitchen includes upgraded appliances. Tile flooring extends throughout the living and dining areas. The dining area offers seating for up to ten. The living area includes ample seating, with large flat screen television, and DVD player.
The master suite has a king bed, with a private bathroom. Bedroom two has two full beds and bedroom three has a queen bed. Bedrooms two and three share the hallway bathroom that has a shower-tub combo.

We really enjoyed our stay on sandpiper! The proximity to the beach was awesome! The house was more than what we needed. Family of 3, and we brought our small dog. The pool is almost fully shaded all day which is a lovely break from the summer heat. No complaints, but my husband is 6’3 and did whack his head on the shower once. Some cobwebs and dust but nothing that isn’t in our house too. Only thing I’d change were the vents, most were rusty. Had a great week in HHI as always.

Arrived on Saturday and everything was clean inside. On Sunday we found many of the pots and skillets had not been washed.Also the pool lights nor the lights around the pool worked. Luckily we brought flashlights so taking the dog out was easier. Overall the stay was great but the outside needs some TLC. Pool was not cleaned until Wednesday!!

The house was perfect for our little getaway. Just a short walk to the beach made it convenient to go back and forth. The teens had a great time walking over to the shops and restaurants everyday which were just a mile away on the walking path. And being pet friendly allowed us to bring one of our fur babies with us. The fenced in yard as perfect for her!
