Welcome to 26 Mallard!
The perfect, cozy beach getaway you have been looking for, plus its dog friendly so the whole family can join in! Located on the corner of North Forest Beach Dr. and Mallard, this beautiful 5th-row beach home is the place to be to get away from it all and relax.
Upon entering 26 Mallard you will find a large open living space including the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV. Just beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for 8. The space is equipped with a work desk should you need to get some work done on vacation. The screened porch is off to the left and is an ideal spot for an afternoon read. The renovated kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is also a brand-new, reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen. Also in the kitchen the homes stacked washer and dryer with a sink.
To the right of the living room and dining room is the first of the home's 3 bedrooms. This guest bedroom features two full-sized beds and a wonderfully equipped en-suite bath that has a single vanity sink with a beautifully renovated walk in shower.
As you walk up the stair to the second floor you are greeted with the remaining bedrooms. The secondary guest bedroom to the right has two twin beds with an en-suite bath, and the bedroom to the left features the charming King master bedroom that also has a en-suite bathroom with walking shower for privacy and convenience.

The house was perfect and in a great location, very clean. Beachside getaway was on the spot with any question that we had. The after our staff was also extremely prompt and accommodating. From what I’ve heard they don’t accept just any property and only take the best. We were very pleased with their accommodations! The house was perfect for our family. We will stay there again.

Great home! Repeat beachside getaway customers every year and their properties are always very great, and the staff is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating.My only constructive criticism on this particular Home would be is that it’s very dusty and the pool lights didn’t work the first couple of days, but that was quickly remedied
