Newly renovated kitchen, resurfaced pool & deck painted. New flooring, bedding and sofas. Come visit our lovely 4 Bedroom Home on Forest Beach, Sleeps 10. Just 4 homes from away the beach. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located oceanside, in desirable North Forest Beach. 1 Nighthawk is a beautifully decorated home with comfortable furnishings, and a lovely fenced in yard, with private pool. This home is 100 yards to the beach! Bedding consists of 2 Kings,1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Queen sofa bed.
Enjoy relaxing on the Low country style veranda out front, or on the more private back deck, overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. Ocean breezes and sounds will lure you to the beach as you enjoy your relaxing Hilton Head beach vacation.
*April - October we will provide FREE pool heat to all renters, as long as the ambient temperature is at least 45 degrees! This is a great value! The house has a great layout, perfect location near the beach and not far from shops, and it seems parts of the home have been renovated/updated recently. There was also a great inventory of beach supplies available in the garage making it very friendly for anyone who is flying in or isn't able to haul their own stuff. The A/C also worked extremely well considering the heat and humidity outside.Some areas for improvement: one ceiling fan is missing a blade, some parts of the main floor have soft/squishy spots (possibly deteriorating floor boards), and one of the Roku TVs wouldn't work due to not being logged in to the owners account. All of which are fairly minor issues and didn't detract from the quality of our stay (though I would suggest that the owner investigate the floor board issue before it becomes a bigger issue).

Really enjoyed our three day stay. House was very nice and we got to use the pool. The beach access was perfect. Literally walk out the driveway and look left. The walk is about a minute. You walk on pavement for a few seconds and then you have the sand path, which you can see when you go to the end of the driveway. Beach was very quiet and not many people. You can look down the beach about 300 yards and see where people are for Coligny. Great neighborhood.

We had a great multi-family vacation at this lovely rental! The host was responsive and accommodating for what we needed and the amenities were really nice for a beach vacation. We especially liked having the garage for pingpong, beach gear, and bikes. We used the pool most days and the walk to the beach was a breeze. One morning we saw deer, dolphins, and a hermit crab all before sunrise! A few things have suffered some wear and tear from past visitors, but generally most things worked as expected.

We were in HHI for one night for a funeral, but needed a larger home for 12 people. It met the primary need of “beds for butts” and being a block from the beach was lovely. The pool was nice and the hot tub worked. It was very clean. Things we would have expected at this price point though would have been pool towels, coffee, and two pillows on the beds per person. You will need to bring everything for this unit, especially bug spray to make the wonderful outdoor space usable at dusk and after. We appreciate our ability to find this unit available for the night we needed it, and we aren’t sure how this compares to other units in HHi, but we live in Europe and this is quite basic.
