Be the first to enjoy your Hilton Head Island stay in this unbelievably amazing ranch home for up to 12 guests and located in the heart of Shipyard! Private pool installed April of 2022! Situated on a gorgeous .7-acre lot, this home has undergone a massive transformation that will be the highlight of your vacation.
The former mother-in-law suite is now a spacious pirate-themed suite complete with stairs to a pirate ship loft (a really cool crow's nest!) where the kids can hang out and watch TV, play games, and claim their own space. This suite also has a full bath and kitchenette and two sets of twin over full bunk beds just perfect for 6. You don't have to even be a kid to enjoy this unique space!
Adults have their own comfy spaces, so don't be jealous of the kid's accommodations! Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king bed, and bedroom 2 has two twin beds. There are 3 more beautifully appointed bathrooms providing plenty of space for everyone.
And wait until you see the phenomenal living area with stacked stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace, huge wall-mounted TV, French doors to the patio, super-comfy seating and open to the dining area with classic touches, such as wainscoting and cove ceiling. The kitchen is simply beyond words. You don't have to even like cooking to enjoy the beauty and functionality of this space. All new appliances, granite countertops, just everything even the most particular chef could want. If you need to do laundry while you're here, there is a great laundry room with new washer and dryer to add to the convenience of your stay.
Don't even think we would forget about the exterior of this "Shangri-La"! There is a luxurious patio with a gas firepit you will definitely want to enjoy. AND, a brand-new pool (dimension of pool is 15 x 32) installed in April of 2022! The large front driveway will accommodate your cars and the landscape is so appealing. This must be what Paradise is like!

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

We had a great time at 7 Salem rd. Loved the layout of the house, the pool the neighborhood and HH overall. There are a few things that could be updated within the house: couch is starting to sag when sitting on it. The kitchen was not stocked with a lot of kitchen items such as pots and pans. They will need to be replaced soon. We appreciated the plastic glassware, but would have loved to have some plastic plates and bowls to use poolside. The house could use a good deep clean: walls had stains on them like something was dripping down them and it was sticky, baseboards were dusty and had hair on them. Inside the couch/chairs needs to be cleaned in between stays. We found a pair of underwear in the chair cushion when we got there. The management group was very attentive to our needs and answered questions in a timely manner. The house sleeps 12 people but we were only able to get 2 cars passes and would have to pay for more if needed.
