Great Location, minutes to the beach and town. We rented Bikes and didn't have to use our car for anything! Fenced in yard was great, especially with having a little one.

Property could use some TLC. Most properties we have rented have a welcome book telling us about the house and anything we need to know about check in/out. Also, most homes have some basic condiments left to use food wise, we were surprised to not see any of this... (spices, ketchup/mustard, etc...) The washer not working was a big burden for us, This would have been nice to know ahead of time as we planned to using it upon arrival and throughout our stay. Also the Caterpillars were overwhelming and made it uncomfortable to stay outside...

Location and cleanliness and FABULOUS Backyard with exceptional Pool!

Home is older and has issues such as sinking/possibly rotting floors in places of heavy foot traffic. Tile floors in living rooms were very slick and dangerous - in fact member of family fell on them. Kitchen was not adequately equipped for a large party although home slept 12 people. Need a few larger pots and pans and mixing bowls. Living room furniture was inadequate in that only 6 people could be seated and the home slept 12. The home was supplied with and cleaning products upon our arrival which we greatly appreciated. Setting was lovely and the decor was lovely as well. Advertisement stated pets were welcome and although we were grateful for no additional fees for pets, we were very disappointed to learn upon signing rental agreement that there was a limit to two pets which had not been disclosed in booking.com ad.
