This house was ideal for our groups needs - close to the beach, great pool and hot tub, big table to play games, and a great kitchen to cook in. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with space to spread out. The house felt nicer than many “updated” rentals. We loved being so close to the beach and having bikes ready to go at the house. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful property with close walk to the beach. We visit Hilton Head almost every year and this was our first time at this property. The weather this year wasn’t the best for the beach so it was great having so many things to do at the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, ping pong table and PlayStation for the younger crew. We also enjoyed riding the bikes to Coligny. The house is stocked with virtually everything you need. There is a wagon in that can be taken to the beach, but you will need to bring your own umbrella chairs. Wasn’t a problem for us because we chose to rent those items. You won’t be disappointed here!

This property exceeded our expectations. The game room was a favorite for the teenagers to play pong.
The decor was so gorgeous I was sad when I had to leave the luxury. The attention to detail and the design was first class.
I loved the comfort of the sitting areas, especially the unique sitting area off of the bedroom (where I was able to get a bit of work done).
The pool was perfect. It had a little "table" that was cool to sit around and talk.
I will absolutely rent this property again.
