Welcome to 1 Seahawk Lane, located on North Forest Beach
The charming 5-bedroom, dog-friendly house is perfect for your vacation rental needs. This spacious home is designed to make you feel right at home.
The main floor of the house features a large open living space with plenty of seating around 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a large flat screen TV. Just beyond the living room is the kitchen, fully stocked with a large island for gathering. There is a screen porch off the living room to completely gated pool.
The main floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds (Note-1 Queen bed starting 8/30/25 and no bunk beds) and access to the full size hall bathroom with tub and shower. The next bedroom is a king bedroom just off the living room. There is another bathroom in the hall with a full size shower. The main floor also has a washer and dryer. The last bedroom on the main floor of the house has a private entrance, sitting room with a futon, private bathroom with shower, queen bedroom and access to another screen porch out to the pool. This is a suite by itself!
The upstairs to the house features another kitchen, living room, bathroom laundry and 2 more bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has queen bed and the 2nd bedroom features a king bed. This is a great place for a whole family to relax.
The ground floor of the house has another room with a futon, fridge, washer and dryer and powder room. This room opens up to a fenced backyard, ideal for your dog to roam and play freely. A large patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit provides a great space for you to relax while keeping an eye on your pet.
All of this and you are only a very short walk to the beach, a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza or a short drive to all that Hilton Head has to offer.

The home is spacious and well equipped with modern amenities and upgrades. We had 13 people and there was more than enough room. The location was perfect to walk back and forth to the beach as needed and the private beach entrance that led to a not so crowded area was perfect.The best part about it all is how accommodating Beachside Getaway is. They checked on us upon check-in and also gave me a call the next day to make sure we settled into the house well and made sure we didn't need anything. When we come to Hilton Head again we will surely go through Beachside Getaway to rent.
