We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, fenced yard, and proximity to the beach! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen had lots of cooking pots, pans, utensils etc. Be aware that there's no food items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil) or disposablles (like foil, ziploc bags, etc). A few notes for the house: we had a small bug problem with a few cockroaches in the house (pest control did come while we were there). Also, I'd suggest the property mgt company do some repairs/upgrades on all the doors and gates. The front door doesn't shut properly unless dead bolted, and the gates on the fence are pretty rusted and also require an intentional effort to shut.

4 Nighthawk is a dream, a home away from home. The house is perfect for everything you need and one of the best floor plans I’ve ever seen. The pool is perfect for family fun. Minutes from the ocean you can’t ask for better.

The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.
