Welcome to 2 Mallard in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! This spacious home is on a quiet, family friendly street, with a neighborhood feel.
Accommodations:
This home features 3 bedrooms + a loft bedroom. The downstairs has 1 Master Queen, with en suite bath, 1 bedroom with Twin bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single Twin beds. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath, with tub/shower combo. There is 1 King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft bedroom, with en suite bath.
Living Spaces:
There is a large living area that is set up like a game room.
Outdoor:
The pool/spa area is very private from all sides and includes outdoor dining, BBQ, and relaxing sun loungers poolside . This is a great home for children and pets, due to the fully fenced back yard. Pool (able to be heated for additional charge)

Very nice and clean property. Excellent access to the beach and convenient to Coligny. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool table.

The location was perfect, the house suited our needs, unfortunately there was a plumbing problem with the washing machine during the last few days with water problems.
