Emmanuel is a lovely, caring, host. He gave us great travel advice, and provided an excellent breakfast.
The lack of air con...but this wasn't a surprise. We just weren't expecting Paris to be that hot over night!

L'emplacement est excellent pour Paris à la fois parce que le quartier permet beaucoup de possibilités et parce que l'immeuble, fermé sur une cour paysagée, permet un calme très bienvenu : aucun bruit la nuit
Des volets à claire-voie et l'absence de double rideaux m'ont gênée. L'accès aux toilettes est facile mais peut tout de même poser problème

Eine unheimlich liebe Begrüssung, Emmanuel war so nett, freundlich und zuverlässig! Das Frühstück war super lecker , und auch die Sauberkeit unfassbar ! Ich sage Danke und wir werden nicht das letzte Mal zu Emmanuel reisen !
