Добрый день, я очень рада, что выбор сделала в пользу Emmanuel & Béatrice! Удобное расположение. Рядом с метро, 3 мин. Почти в центре Парижа. Но, при этом безопасный район. Мы возвращались часто поздно ночью и было спокойно. В комнатах чисто. Белье и полотенца безупречно чистые. Все необходимое для проживания в свободном доступе и неограниченно. Шампунь, гель для душа, чай разный, листовой, в пакетиках, отличный кофе, который можно приготовить в кофе машине. Столовые приборы, посуда в номере. Эммануэль приносит к Вашему на выбор времени завтраки. Вкуснейшие круассаны, багет, масло, джемы, мед. Эммануэль готовит изумительный какао и кофе. Я кофеман и понимаю вкус хорошего кофе. Мы очень часто ужинали в номере. Бокалы для вина в номере. Из окна видна Эйфелева башня. Мы прожили потрясающие моменты, когда завтракали свежайшими круассанами и горячим кофе и какао с видом на Эйфелеву башню. Вечером с бокалом вина любовались мерцанием одной из манящей миллионов людей достопримечательности Парижа. Эммануэль помогает сориентироваться как добраться до разных мест по Парижу и по округу. До Версаля, Фонтенбло, аэропортов. Посоветует супермаркеты для покупки. И, если у него есть время, проведёт экскурсию с его рекомендациями по выбору сыров. Посоветует рестораны, кондитерские. Эммануэль, спасибо Вам и Вашей жене. Мы прожили потрясающие моменты в Ваших номерах. Очень советую сделать выбор и пожить в этой атмосфере!

I'm so glad that I chose Emmanuel & Béatrice! Convenient location. Close to the metro, 3 minutes walk. Almost in the center of Paris and in a safe area. We often returned late at night and it was peaceful. The rooms were clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. There are everything you need for your staying and they were unlimited. Shampoo, shower gel, a variety of teas (loose leaf and tea bags), and excellent coffee that you can make in the coffee machine. Cutlery and dishes in the room. Emmanuel brings breakfast to your chosen time. Delicious croissants, baguettes, butter, jams, and honey. Emmanuel makes amazing cocoa and coffee. I'm a coffee lover and I know the taste of good coffee. We often had diner in the room. There are wine glasses there. The Eiffel Tower is visible from the window. We had amazing moments enjoying a fresh croissant, hot coffee, and cocoa looking at the Eiffel Tower. In the evening, with a glass of wine, we admired the shimmering light of one of Paris's most captivating landmarks. Emmanuel helped us navigate various destinations in Paris and the surrounding area, including Versailles, Fontainebleau and the airports. He recommends supermarkets for shopping. And, if he has time, he'll give a tour with his cheese recommendations. He'll also recommend restaurants and pastry shops. Emmanuel, thank you and your wife. We had amazing moments in your rooms. I highly recommend choosing one and experiencing this atmosphere!

Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft. Tram, Bus und Metro in direkter Nähe. Zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Von einem der Zimmer Blick auf den Eiffelturm,vom anderen in den Innenhof mit Garten des Hauses. Gute Betten. Emmanuel,der Gastgeber,ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück aufs Zimmer.

Was great staying there - wonderful and welcoming host. Emmanuel made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with a new fan for the hot weather. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and location is excellent. Good value for money.

Emmanuel is a lovely, caring, host. He gave us great travel advice, and provided an excellent breakfast.

The lack of air con...but this wasn't a surprise. We just weren't expecting Paris to be that hot over night!
