Absolutely uncomfortable

When you enter the room/s it had a bad smell, this was for both the rooms that I was given. The air conditioning was not working. I had to keep the window open through the night, so no sleep at all since even though I was on the 7th the noise was from the street was extreme. Felt bad for the night shift receptionist who was not just the only person to check people but he was also required to attend to guest complaints; yes he was the only staff on duty for the whole property and was new there. There was another lady who was checking in who said this had not changed at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. It had a long working table, two chairs, and a sofa, which made it very convenient. The large window brought in lots of natural light and gave the room a nice, open feeling. The location was excellent — both the T3a light rail and M4 metro stations were very close, making it easy to get around. We didn’t try the breakfast, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

4 star rating did not matched the facilities and service

It’s very near to the Metro and grocery stores. We were given a bathtub.

The staff weren’t helpful and friendly. The air condition was switched off so we slept with opened window. No fridge in the room. The housekeeping did not clean the room and did not replenish the toilet paper and towels until we asked twice. The service did not matched the 4 star rating.

nice for a weekend stay

the location was great, it was easily accessible from both the train station and the airport. also it’s pretty close to some really nice restaurants and places.

there were some stains on some parts of the sheets. after a long day out, when we arrived the room had a damp smell. also there was no mechanical ventilation therefore the moisture after shower was staying in the room. some of the caulk in the shower was blackish.

quite terrifying

location is good.

during the night someone banged on our door loudly. it was terrifying and i fell from the bed in shock injuring my knee and hand. there was lots of kids outside of the hotel before this incident and the front desk did not appear to be permanently manned.

Neighborhood vibe

Breakfast available every morning , good location if you don't want to be near any of the major monuments. Comfortable neighborhood for dining and corner store vibes. Close assess to public transportation

Air conditioner was an extreme inconvenience. It partially worked to cool entire room. Staff provided fans and tried to fix the issue. No smart TV to access Netflix since all channels were in French. It would have been a nice option. Not walkable to any major monuments.

My stay was good.

Breakfast was okay, tasted delicious but they can add a bit more variety of hot choices and less breads and sweets. Beds were clean and comfy and I love that they had a safe in room as well as clothing iron.

Rooms were so tiny with hardly any space to move around especially for two people. No storage space for suitcases.

A convenient location near the Metro in a residential neighborhood makes for a great night of rest. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly & helpful; especially Hanad at the front desk!

Opening windows to small balcony with views of Paris chimney pots. Proximity to metro station (Porte d Orlean) on direct line to gare du Nord and Cite (including elevator. ) Area felt safe for lone traveller.

Comfortable Place

I would like to thank Hanad for such being so warm and accommodating, happy to assist. My faucet was difficult to open and he took time with such a jolly heart

Really poor quality of sleep can hear all traffic and movement from the other floors. Thin walls and very warm rooms. Poor quality of sleep. Toilet was very dirty and stained and breakfast was overpriced with very little hot selection

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Walk out of hotel & Metro was right there. Hotel was good value for money for the price we paid. Plenty of shops near hotel.

An unforgettable stay with exceptional service, perfect location, and thoughtful surprises that made

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was top-notch—every day they changed our towels and made the bed, even when we didn’t request it. I asked for a surprise birthday bash for my partner as well as something special for our anniversary, and the team absolutely delivered. They truly went above and beyond—what an incredible group of people! Breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of choices, and the fresh juices were overflowing. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them with excellent service throughout our stay. The location is also ideal—just a few steps from Metro Line 4, with a tram stop right in front and buses around the corner. The area felt very safe, even when walking outside late at night. I totally recommend this place and will definitely come back whenever I get the chance!

It's only average not 4 stars standard

Overall was ok, especially the location is good, however the AC is central and despite it was quite hot the staff can't turn it on, at the end we slept with the windows open which was very noisy. In morning the fire alarm went off, when we made it downstairs, alarm turned off, no further explanation given

We'd recommend this hotel to frineds if they go to Paris.

Room neat and clean, very well designed. Perfect location, bus and metro are available. When you get out of the hotel you can see the Metro entrance, you can take Metro 4 directly to Louvre Palace or Gare du Nord. In the morning, when you are drinking coffee and eating the excellent breakfast, we love their pastry ans variety, you can watch the Tram running on the beautiful street. There are many restaurants nearby for dinner.

Top class place with top facilities.

Room facilities were excellent, with loads of space, free drinks in the fridge, and a very comfortable bed. Service was also good with the bed made, drinks topped up. Transport around Paris was simple from the RER, 15 minutes walk away.

The only real negative was the lack of any instructions on use the Nespresso machine, which meant that I was unable to have any coffee.

The property is clean and tidy and conveniently located near the Porte D’Orleans metro stop. There’s a pharmacy across the street, a bakery, and a flower shop. There’s a grocery on the next block, and nearby eateries.

The property was noisy facing a busy street, so I was happy to have brought a white noise machine. That helped a lot.

It's location is good, close to good eating joints and the metro station.

The room was too small for comfort. The last time we stayed in this hotel, the room was bigger. Also, the metro line M4 was shut for the weekend. The hotel should have told us that when we were booking.

Fab little hotel

The staff at front of house were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great. Really good selection to suit all tastes. Lots of little restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Hotel was also very convenient for the Metro (underground transport). Also appreciated the complimentary fresh bottles of water left in the room fridge. Much appreciated. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. We were not disturbed at all during the night. The beds were very comfortable and air con was available in the room which we didn't have to pay for. A safe was also provided free of charge. As we had an evening flight, the hotel very kindly put our luggage into a secure luggage room until we came back in the afternoon to collect same for our return flight home. Overall fantastic little hotel and I would most certainly stay here again. If you fancy going to the Montparnasse Tower it is within walking distance of the hotel. Montparnasse is also full of pretty street cafes and worth stopping in for a coffee and croissant.

Wasn't crazy about the shower. Water came out onto floor and soaked the bath mat so nothing dry to step on. Shower tray was slippy so you needed to be very careful not to slip and fall. This was the only gripe I had. And it wouldn't be enough to put me off returning to this fab little hotel.
