Great stay for a city break

Cosy and in a nice area. 10 min metro from latin quarter. The room a bit on the small side but for a 4 nights stay and a young couple it was all we needed.

The hot water takes a while to come (about one minute) so adjusting the shower takes a while until you reach a comfortable temperature. The bins could be checked and changed at least once every 2 days, or instruct a way to request it. Same for fresh towels.

An excellent option for a short stay

The apartment is very compact but fully equipped with everything you need. The renovation is recent and quite stylish, and the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine, toaster, stove, and all the necessary kitchenware. We really liked the contactless check-in and access to the room via a code. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is in a quiet neighborhood and close to a metro station and a bus stop. There are cafés and shops nearby. The staff are very responsive. Our room was very cold at first, but after we contacted them, a technician came and fixed everything.

There is no heating or even a towel warmer in the bathroom, so it is very cold to use. We stayed on the top floor, and the heating/cooling system could be heard at times. The elevator is indeed very small (but at least there is one).

Had a hard time figuring out the heater but it never was unbearable or uncomfortable. Paris was also very cold and rainy but the hotel was always a perfect place to return and hang out.

Perfect small apartment in an excellent area of Paris.

It is a small but very beautifully set-up and maintained pied-à-terre in the heart of a lovely arrondissement with good transport links and shopping opportunities. Equally there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom good. There is not a lot of room to move around but on the whole, if you are in Paris, you want to be out. We would stay here again without a moment’s thought. I also liked the fact that everything was controlled by codes which meant that there were no keys to lose and the place was both very secure and very quiet.

Everything was just perfect. Nice location with fancy bistro and bakeries around, close to metro. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable, has equipped kitchen, cozy backyard and great view to the calm street. Just perfect choice to stay in Paris.

Very comfy stay.

The apartment is small, but comfy at the same time, well and nicely furnished. Also, it is clean and situated in a very good location, nearby restaurants, stores and boulangeries:). In the Moulin Vert complex there is a nice terrace, where you can drink a cup of coffee, but be aware of the mosquitoes if you go there at evening :). The metro station (Alesia) is very close to the apartment. Our experience at Maison du Moulin Vert was very good, we recommend the place for families visiting Paris🙌

Comfortable, cosy and clean!!

The location was very handy to the metro and our apartment was very clean. The building was modern and well facilitated. Very accessible and easy to follow instructions for the front door and room door codes.

Fan provided in the room could be helpful for very warm nights. Somewhere provided in the shower to put shaver etc when using. Better duvet cover for the sofa bed as it was difficult to put on properly.

The Perfect Paris Trip

I loved all of it, Apartment 11 ♡. The apartment was so clean, comfy, well equipped and well furnished. Sleeping in this bed is the best sleep me and my boyfriend have had in a very long time. The sheets were soft and clean. The bathroom is fantastic and a great use of space. There's just the right amount of room. The water temperature is brilliant and shampoo, soap and body wash is supplied. The view is amazing, the garden is adorable. The host Dominika was so lovely and attentive. The location is fantastic, there's so many shops, buses and metro lines near the apartment. Being near these mean you can keep the fridge stocked, make your own meals and quickly hop to all of Paris' great sites. We even took the metro over to Disneyland! The apartment block door and apartment door locks have a great sense of security, the codes mean you don't have to worry about a key card. I would love to return, I am saving a tab for this apartment for when me and my boyfriend visit again. Thank you for the perfect stay.

Not bad experience

Clean and secured with good location

I booked two apartment and I requested and confirmed by the property that they will be in the same floor, however their confirmation was not accurate as they provided them in different floors. My check out was at 12:00 pm snd at 12:03 the housekeeper accessed my rooms without knocking or ringing the bell to tell me it is the time for check out which is not accepted and not respecting the privacy.

- Cleanest room i’ve ever had in Paris - Newly decorated - Very comfortable bed - Very safe & quite neighbourhood - Host was very responsive via Booking app; - 5 minutes to Metro at most and 10 to RER B; 40 minutes to Ile de la Cite - lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby (including a magnificent and hidden one which was awarded 2nd prize for butter croissant in 05/25)

- The room is small, but it is according to Paris standards - They are doing some works at outside facade, so we were woken up at around 8.00AM every day

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 7-day stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and about 5 minutes from the metro station, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. The host was kind and communication was smooth and pleasant throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and tea available. We felt very welcome and at home. We’ll gladly recommend this place to our friends and will definitely come back again.

This lovely apartment was in a perfect location about 5 mins away from the closest metro and also close to many food options. Our host Dominika was very welcoming and was very responsive to our requests. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment for groups of up to 3 people.

It’s quite far away from the city, maybe if you got another room and must not wake early in the morning, this hotel is o

-Self Check-in. - no keys, everything was with code. - The Appartement was clean. - Comfortable bed.

In first message we have been informed that our room is number 3 and we should wait for all doors codes. 24 hours before arriving, I’ve got the codes but I didn’t realised in long message that the room was changed, nobody noticed us. As we was there, the room number 3 was under construction. We have got a room number 1 near entrance door. We have heard everything! The first night was awful, because some guest were so loud till 4 a.m. going out/in. This room was completely dark, because there is only one window, which covered with glass plate at the front. So you need turn on the light every day, because it’s dark in the room. At 3rd day, we wanted took the shower before the dinner, and we had only very hot water, so you can’t shower at all. It was very strange! We had not enough time to contact someone, because we had a restaurant reservation and you can only write the message, there is no one who can help you. The next day we had our flight early in the morning and must wake up at 4:15am. Another bad surprise, there were no electricity at that time, so no light and we must to turn on our phones light to make us ready ! The electricity was on around 4:55 am, because I’ve heard that the refrigerator was working again.

It's a quiet and convenient place with a home away from home feeling.

The location was perfect as it was in the middle of all the tourist spots and near a train/bus station. I appreciated that there were no major tourist attractions nearby so the nights and early mornings were quiet. There's also a delicious bakery around the corner and a grocery store behind the establishment, so when you partner that with the fully equipped kitchenette in the room, it was a good way to save a bit of money on coffee and food. My friends and I enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace every morning before we started our busy days, and we also enjoyed utilizing the terrace when we wanted to share a couple of bottles of wine before going to bed. I was assigned a room on the ground floor, but for everyone assigned in floors 1 and above, there is an elevator to use. It may be quite small, but it's very much useful to bring your luggage up.

My only complaint is it seemed that the air conditioning wasn't working, but once l messaged regarding this concern, someone immediately came to my room to help and troubleshoot. So the fast customer service outweighed the faulty air conditioning.

Great place on the heart of a fun neighborhood. Close to Metro stations and a few great restaurants. Room was clean and perfect for our stay.

There was a hammer pounding in the mornings of the last couple of days but they were working on some upkeep which is understandable.

Petite cocon en plein Paris

Emplacement proche des commerces de proximité et du métro. Fonctionnel avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour 2. Très belle salle de bain Toit vitré dans la chambre appréciable. Petit cocon avec terrasse.

L'isolation de la chambre est un peu perfectible. On sent le froid de la baie vitrée rendant également très perceptible les bruits de rue, voiture et vu que collée à l'escalier, on entend beaucoup les voisins dans le couloir. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas totalement la lumière et le vis à vis est très présent. Le savon à main n'est pas du tout agréable. Nous avons préféré prendre celui de la douche.
