    It’s very weird that the price of breakfast at 14 euros each is not mentioned or reminded at all. The front desk didn’t remind anything when they recorded my room number before breakfast and there was no sign of the price in the dining room. In addition, my booking confirmation email has no information like “breakfast not included”. Yes it doesn’t write “breakfast included” but still confusing. Finally, the information page in my room only writes “breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30” without price. After checking all the information, I only find a line of “breakfast with charge” on the booking page on the official website. I know it’s written but all details are confusing and hard to notice. And it’s definitely something easy to be improved. By the way, I don’t think this breakfast is worth 14 euros, comparing to prices of local cafés, bars, and restaurants.

    Very pleasant stay especially due to very friendly staff. Calm, quiet, pleasant area with a park next door, yet cafés, restaurants, supermarkets etc are all nearby. 3 metro stops nearby. Small building is very well renovated and tidy, with good aircon and plumbing, and everything works. Only my single room was very, very small and had a double door that made it hard to get in and out, so I feel it should have cost a lot less. But I would come back for a bigger room if that’s not much more expensive.

    Our stay was good! The location is good and close to the public transport. The room was clean, the bed and shower was good! Staff were very nice with us! I would recommend this place :)

    accessible to city centre via the metro but can be better. the AC wasnt working the whole time i was there. in a safe area though
