Perfect and comfy for a night stay

Comfy and clean room with ensuite bathroom with toiletries. Greay location and neighbourhood. What else would you need? Perfect for a night stay.

The door is weird haha and the window view too. But I didnt care at all and I was expecting it. Maybe it would have been nice to have plugs next to the bed and one lamp wasn't working, but the rest...good!

Small hotel near the train station — it was among the most affordable options in the area. I arrived quite late, but they kindly checked me in without any issues. The room was small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. There were power outlets next to the bed, and a kettle with tea, coffee, and creamer sachets. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet, though I didn’t try it. There is a boulangeire just below! very good baguette and pan au chocolate

The hotel charges (or puts a hold on) an amount equal to the room rate a few days before arrival, and then you still have to pay again at the property. They told me the first charge would be refunded, but not all hotels do that — so it’s definitely a downside. The room had a double bed, but if there had been two of us, it would have been extremely cramped. I did not mind however

Do not book here , they scam you with “a security deposit” and do not pay it back. We have stayed with them for one night about a month ago and we have still not received back 101 euro’s in deposits. They did send us a “receipt” which states it has been cancelled, but this is probably fake according to our bank.

Good place for stop over to/from Montparnasse

Neatly done room, everything I needed for a stop over in Paris on a through journey, ahead of leaving Montparnasse next morning. Kettle etc very helpful

Location and the neighbourhood were good! Room was cleaned and tidied every day which was a pleasant surprise for us - it’s soooo convenient and nice. The view from the room was amazing! The room was very clean! The was an AC in the room. Everything in the room was properly working and functional, like the shower, there were convenient towel railing in the bathroom

Bad Experience

Almost nothing, as the lady on the reception make from bad to worse.

First I didn't like the way of booking and taking money twice, once in cash on the arrival and prior that i paid by online card payment which they transfer the money as kept on the card or something. However, I do not received the money back till now, I don't know where are the money. Bank says we didn't received payment back or un-hold on some amount. The hotel says we returned it to your account. Shame. Second The internet it says (very good) so I booked, but when you get in the room, worst possible. I told the lady at the reception that internet is not good, the room i snot so clean and the window drapers were fitly and ripped in the middle, and I like to change the room, but mainly for clean bed and the internet. She told me that its not possible to change but clean towels and shirts received. So to work on internet I was siting on the floor of the room with my back to the door. That's how I spent part of the night in this hotel.

For a budget accommodation it was everything I needed, clean, well situated and helpful staff. I loved the shower pressure tho and the clean towels 🤌.

Well situated and reasonably-priced comfortable hotel

The hotel was well situated and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle to make tea and the window looking out onto the street made the room nice and bright.

The ensuite shower room was tiny and was missing a shower curtain so everything in the shower room got wet but there was a useful high placed shelf for towels etc.

The door system seemed quite secure. The bed was huge the shower itself was clean.

The floors were not cleaned very well- there was dust and other gunk around the toilet and sink areas in the bathroom.

Very clean room and reception, always smelt nice, very comfy beds, room was cleaned and towels renewed every day, good location, close to bus and metro lines, bakery underneath very good and good value for money, very nice view, friendly staff.

The location was great, not a nice neighborhood but it has a lot of nice restaurants and food stores. It was really close to some metro stations and the train station.

It was not deep clean. The bathroom was kinda dirty. They did not clean everyday, unless you asked them. At the beginning the hotel did not look at all as the pictures. The lobby kinda looks like an old hotel, with messages in papers everywhere that gives a bad impression.

+ quiet district + 5 minute to metro - very small room - furniture in the picture looks more attractive than in reality - no central heating (very cold in the room) - no teapot in the room (like in the picture) - no hairdryer in the room - week sound insulation - no chair (like in the picture)

I hadn’t a hairdryer in my room (in winter) and receptionist offered me to dry my hair in another room which someone has already checked out from. It was a very dirty room and toilet room and it was disgusting to be there for such a cost of hotel stay to dry my hair. There were empty clean rooms but receptionist told me that I can’t use hairdryer (which should be in my room too!) in already cleaned rooms…
