The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Sunny meadow location with garden/trampoline, lawn for sunbathing, clean small enclosure with 3 ducks and laying hens, which the landlady keeps as a hobby. Bicycle/ski room with lockable storage, drying room with shoe drying system. Clothes horse available, also laundry service - including drying (small additional charge).

St. Johann in Tirol, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The well-equipped apartment is built and furnished in a country house style. Living area 75m² + 12m² south-facing balcony; non-smoking apartment - smoking permitted on the balcony. View from the property - panoramic view: towards the town, and of the Kitzbühel Alps - the "Wilder Kaiser", the "Kitzbüheler Horn" and the "Kalkstein". Over New Year, with an additional charge, up to 11 people can be accommodated with an additional double room, shower/WC.

View from the south-facing balcony: towards "Kitzbüheler Horn". Access is via a side street (paved, length 100 m). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport and on the property.

(Das mit dem Kaffee verstehen wir nicht, wir vermieten die große Wohnung neben dem Skigebiet ohne Verpflegung, "komisch" - auch in der Buchungsliste ist vermerkt: "ohne Verpflegung". und unsere Meinung dazu: Gäste würden diese kleinen Wünsche - "wir trinken gerne starken Kaffee" - spätestens beim 1. Frühstück wiederholen. Unser Ziel als Vermieter ist immer: Die Gäste sollen sich auch noch zu Hause lange Zeit vom tollen Urlaub in den Kitzbüheler Alpen erfreuen.
