V Nice except for above details

Nice decor furnishings and bathroom. Convenient location

A bit lacking in attention to detail, eg no firelighters, matches hard to find, sauna instructions not clear, no welcome milk or biscuits, no washing powder. Traffic noise.

Lovely house in beautiful part of the country.

Lovely house. Well furnished and done to a good standard. Even had an iron, which I badly needed for the wedding we were attending!

Floor in the lounge had warped so was a bit interesting to walk on! Only a minor issue though!

Great short stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and spacious with an additional toilet. Shame we didn't get a chance to use the sauna or sit outside. Very centrally located and good tech hookups to watch tv.

Hard to find somewhere to park. The floor in the non-tv sitting room was very uneven and moved when you walked.

Great & would stay again but needs a few tweeks with cleaning.

Great size house, nicely decorated, very comfy beds, home from home. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of plug sockets. Cleaning products provided. Great for my 2 teenagers who got a double room each. Free wifi. Welcome pack & lots of info. Good easy check in. Parking included. Great location for peak & lake district. Lovely chippy 2 minutes away. It did need some more deeper cleaning but I would stay again & would recommend to others.

Cleaning wasnt up to standard, the oven was dirty, toaster trays full of crumbs, toilet seat stained yellow, chopping boards not fit for use. Stains on bedding. Cobwebs behind the blinds. No wardrobes! Spa bath not working. Advertised as no pets allowed but house smelt of wet dog especially in tv lounge which was not pleasant & the very reason i always choose a "no pets allowed" stay.

Mind the step!

Perfect location, lovely cottage. Lots of space. A great getaway for us (couple in our 50s), my parents (70s) and my in-laws (80s). Enjoyed the cafes, bars and restaurants.

Shower/bath difficult for my mother and mother in law to get into. Only 4 chairs in the garden

Central well appointed cottage

Brilliant cottage ,central in the town ,well appointed facilities,

With it being chilly, we needed to utilise the heating more, but as the thermostat was in the warmest part of the cottage the kitchen which is where the boiler is, some other areas were a little cool, maybe it could have been in the stairwell. The TV switched itself on about 7 pm ,maybe someone had tinkered with it settings
