About this apartment rental
For your stay to discover life Nîmes for 1,2,3, '4 or 5 people, an apartment of 65 square meters on 1 floor with air conditioning, wifi, with a small balcony to be able to admire the park which is in front and a dominant view of Nîmes the apartment is very well heated in winter. The apartment is located in an area classified as a historic monument, very bright, sunny 5 minutes walk from the city center, parking is free and easy, a bus stop is 100 meters close to shops. We are 300 meters from the closed parking and paying the dome and halls in the quiet and greenery. Parking is free and the residential area. and for the feria no need for a vehicle.
Beautiful apartment located next to Fort Vauban historical monument and now become the university, with a dominant view of the park of Mount Margarot.
The second bedroom can open and become a large living room, the master bedroom is very spacious, the bedding is completely new for the two bedrooms with BULTEX mattresses memory shape, the 3rd bed is an extra bed, the bathroom is equipped with a bath that turns into a shower, in the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a good meal. In the dining room there is a round table with 5 chairs and a leather sofa as well as a TV for relaxing moments. The apartment is very very bright leaving the door open window you can take your meals and enjoy the sun while contemplating the park or some squirrels are walking and singing cicadas.
The area where the apartment is located is classified historical monuments, a beautiful parks is in front of it and not far from there is the FAC Vauban "Fort Vauban" which was a former prison. 5 minutes from Daudet high school quiet and green area 2 steps from the city center with free parking. At 50 meters there is a water reservoir of the place Cantaloube where the toreador Nimenos 2 is trained for the first time
close to the covered market hall or you can taste the regional products .There is no building but only town houses .ce which make its character typical and pleasant, bus 100 meters downtown 300 meters on Parking is around the free apartment. At 300 there is a closed parking but paying the neighborhood is very quiet.
