About this apartment rental
You are independent, in a designer apartment on the first floor of the house. You have access to a very "cozy" private garden with swimming pool. In front of the house a huge sports park with ice rink and swimming pool, allows you to practice free jogging, tennis, basketball, football, petanque, or simply walks among the pine trees. The proximity of exit 25 of the A9, the N113 & N106 allows you to access very easily many tourist places in our beautiful region: the beaches 40 minutes away, the Pont du Gard, the Cévennes. not to mention all the wonders of the Roman Heritage of Nîmes.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is the right space for us and two of our grandchildren. Two bathrooms is certainly a plus. It is conveniently located for visiting Nîmes and the surrounding area. No assigned parking spot is not a problem. We always found parking directly across the street. We will stay again if the need arises.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very neat and everything we needed was available: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, washing machine, tv with Netflix and a lot of outdoor space with a nice pool area. Even better than the pictures. Situated next to a big sport complex were you can play some tennis, basketball, football etc. for free. Also close to the old centre of Nîmes and a lot nice places to visit within an hour travel time. Hosts Edith and Daniël were really friendly; we even played some games of petanque together.
Overall a really nice experience. We're planning to come back soon! :)

It had all we needed and was close to the sights in Nîmes. A car was necessary.
