Beautiful and spacious rooms. Wide variety for breakfast. Very nice views.

The effort they put in building a beautiful designed resort, I would expect a small shop with souvenirs and small grocery items like sun cream, small snacks, bottled water; especially since the village center is not close. Also the check in took very long because the responsible employee was lost. The one coffee machine in the breakfast room was extremely slow and not able to cope with the amount of guests. During our stay they were building a new pool, the noise and dust was horrible; they should compensate or at least warn guests and limit to certain hours. The parking lot is way too small. The pool bar had very bad service with non qualified staff and non existent protocols (staff emptied trash cans and didn't wash hands before making drinks).

the rooms are very small and noisy, you can hear every sound from the neighbours - the tv for example. it's overpriced - the room type didn't really match what we were expecting for that price. We stayed just for one night and couldn't really check out the spa facilities.

Our ‘premium room’ was definitely not 34 sq.m. More like 20. Photos in booking show larger room. Shades of gray everywhere, very dark bathroom. Pools are very dirty and haven’t been cleaned for a long time by the looks of it. Pools were overcrowded and there were not enough sun-beds for guests. SPA is just a couple of saunas and a steam bath. Half of the hotel is a construction site so it’s even dirtier. You can’t get to the restaurant from inside the main building so you go through the SPA which is not hygienic or you go around half the property. Food could be better, no variety, dishes were basically the same every day. No pancakes for breakfast? Come on. I don’t understand how this can be a 5-star hotel. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It has seen some wear and tear over the years and you could tell. One thing that was super annoying is that there was just 1 chair on the balcony. And we stayed in an apartment meant for 5. I asked for additional.chairs a total of 3 times and even though was told we would get the chairs, they never arrived. It was a very simple and easy to accomodate request and i can not understand why it was not delivered. We were there for 4 days so sufficient time to correct. Surely a 5 star hotel would not fail to. The pool area was cleaned quite superficial so as you swam, you could see dirt under the chairs. A but gross really. On one occasion they were cleaning one of the small pools with chemicals but failed to inform guests proactively. So i saw people bathing. In the chemicals.
