A perfect place for a spa retreat: peaceful, relaxing and beautifully calming, with helpful and friendly staff, who make your stay even more enjoyable.
The restaurant staff could improve their service standards to better reflect a five-star experience.

Restaurant: Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, big variety of meals to chose from. Staff was extermely friendly and professional! We arrived first evening at 21.20, i.e. 10 minutes before the closure of the bufet, and one of the sheffs - despite that there was still so much food available, he asked "Do you want me to prepare something for you?" We were so impressed - this is a kind of service you receive in top hotels )Apologies, we did not pick the name of the sheff - he shared he worked in the UK for 4 years - Thank you for your kindness!)
Spa: we had massages there and everything was great - the girl was really good, it was clean and pleasnat, on time, impecable service.
Rooms, reception, outdoor area - everything was clean and well maintained.
We definitely recommend and we will certainly visit again!
