The host welcomed us at the front.

The property was not very clean not welcoming. The soap was so diluted it was basically water. The sheets and towels smelled weird.

I recommend!

A great place to relax while traveling. Convenient location. Beautiful view of the city and mountains. Since we arrived at night, we saw a wonderful view in the morning. Indeed, the store is nearby, it can be seen from the balcony. Special thanks to the owner of the premises, who waited until late at night, showed and told everything.

There was a parking lot. The host was very polite, even we never met him.

Very heavy covers, beds were not confortables at all. Pillowd as well. We had to use one room from a floor . A bit strange fir us. Never did that before.

Absolute gem

Nice cozy clean and spacious room with a beautiful view! The host Branimir was very helpful and friendly! He greeted us, provided with a parking spot and even helped with the luggage! Will definitely stay again in future! Recommended!

Nice and friendly service.. Even with a little language barrier top check in process! Very friendly. Not far from the centre. We didn't use the garden but it looks nice too.

Would be great to have an electric kettle and mugs and the drain in the bathroom stinks pretty bad.. but if you keep the bathroom door shut it's ok

Great place to stay in Sandanski!! I recommend!

Great owner! Very kind and helpful. The flat has a great view from the balcony. There is a place to rest/eat - a couch and an area to sleep for three people. It is no bother that all spaces are in one room. Possibility to use the owner’s garage in price.
