About this house rental
Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120 years old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two car parking spot and a large garden.
The bedroom can be set with either one king size bed or two single beds. In the living room is a comfy sofa bed for two guests.
The guest will have an access to the front part of the property
Me and my husband work from home, we would be available for the guest most of the time.

Very comfortable cottage and beautifully situated on the edge of Blairgowrie.It was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed provided!Top shelves in kitchen difficult to reach for us short people but owner says she will provide a small stool in future.Will definitely stay again.

The holiday home is beautifully situated, in the middle of a residential area but still secluded and surrounded by greenery. The flat is lovingly furnished, with everything you need and the rooms also look fresh and new. The description and the pictures correspond exactly to the conditions on site.
The hosts were available most of the time and our requests, e.g. for fresh towels, were fulfilled immediately. In short, we felt very comfortable and were sad to have to leave after 2 weeks.

The cottage is lovely with everything you can think of ready for you. Great location and close enough to town to walk. The hosts are there if you need anything but give you privacy. Our expectations were exceeded!!
