Comfy room, comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful
Good location.
An evening meal was offered by takeaway which would have
been preferable with chefs kitchen but apparently wrong time of year.
By the time it was served some of it was lukewarm.

The location was great. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to Jane who served us out meal and made us enjoy even more. She is an asset to to establishment, excellent member of staff.

It was quiet, comfortable beds, power shower with plenty of hot water, clean and relaxing. Had plenty of parking.
It was unfortunate but the kitchen was closed due to illness and we really just wanted to chill out after a busy few days but had to drive into Scone for a meal. No big deal but thought we could have eaten at the Lodge. If we had been pre-warned we could have eaten before arriving or taken food with us.

staff were lovely, bed was comfortable
Shower not easy to use, no lighting in the car park, no warning of the difficulty to access the hotel due to the roadworks, breakfast was too late for me (travelling for work and was leaving at around 6.30am to 7am each day) and when i could have it i gave up do to how long i had to wait for service due to the lack of people that early (went to Tim Hortons instead on the way to work), had to call a number offered to check out in the morning again due to the lack of people, i assume the minimum people were there for check out and breakfast service.
