Room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Friendly & helpful host , gave great info about walking into Perth and places to eat. This was perfect for my needs. I also got a great night’s sleep. My room on first floor was very peaceful. Heating and all facilities absolutely perfect.

Very clean.
Even though the heating was on, the room was very cold (it was February). If a fan heater had been provided it would have made a big difference. The duvet was also thin Summer weight so we were cold at night.
