The accommodation was lovely. The owners had thought of everything. Replaced coffee, tea, biscuits daily. Water and milk was also replenished daily. Easy walk into town. Gave you a map highlighting eating places that they recommended.

A lovely guesthouse run by C. She was welcoming and friendly the whole time we were there and the house itself has been kept/cleaned to a very high standard. Wonderfully comfy bed and walkable to the centre of Perth.
We’ve already pencilled in with C to stay next year when we’re down for the same event.

Nice house with a welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bathroom and shower. The bed was nice and there was a fridge in the room which is always a nice addition.
The location itself was very close walking distance to the city centre about 10 minutes and the host provided a map and restaurant suggestions. We had a great stay and will go back if ever in Perth again.
