The hospitable owners run a wellness center located about 20 km away with thermal swimming pool, fitness facilities with medical assistance and an excellent restaurant. Ground floor: 2 adjoining living rooms, one with a 15th century fireplace and the other with TV, access to a small terrace equipped for outdoor breakfast, dining room (access from outside) next to a spacious kitchen (large fridge, oven, gas grill, freezer, dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms (one with access to a covered terrace), 1 twin bedroom, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet facing the pool. Mezzanine (access from outside): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 4 steps up, under a sloping roof: Passage room with small sofa and reading table, 2 double bedrooms (ceiling height average 2 m, max 2.5 m), WC, 2 bathrooms with shower. Small tower: 1 charming twin room with 3rd bed (suitable for young people). Simple but at the same time practical furnishings. 1 baby crib and 2 high chairs available. Distances: About 45 km from both the ancient university town of Urbino, one of the most culturally interesting towns in the Marche region, and Gubbio, one of the most beautiful towns in Umbria. Città di Castello 27 km, Arezzo 60 km , the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast (Fano) about 70 km (about 1 hour by highway). Stores of all kinds, tennis and supermarket 2 km away and restaurants and pizzerias within 5 km.The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals.
