Beautiful estate close to Gubbio but totally private with a fabulous villa and gardens. Our accommodation was in a separate building and the bedroom was large with all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was a continental style and ample. The owner and staff were friendly and looked after us well.

There was nothing to dislike.

A relaxing stay in very peaceful surroundings and with a friendly atmosphere.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful (but only a very short car ride from Gubbio, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and beautiful sights to see). There was ample car parking space, and everyone working at Tenuta di Fassia was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room that breakfast and dinner (the latter at extra charge) were served in was cozy and relaxed. During our stay in April we were greeted every morning by a roaring fire in the fireplace, which was lovely.

Noise travelled quite easily in the house our rooms were in, which is something light sleepers might need to be aware of. We had dinner at Tenuta di Fassia twice, and found that it was a bit hit and miss (the second meal we had was much better than the first, so perhaps the first one was not a good representation of their usual standard), though it is certainly convenient to have the option to have dinner there, and the setting was nice.

Relax nella natura

Vista mozzafiato immersa nel verde dove il relax è la parola d'ordine, abbiamo incontrato una volpe molto da vicino

L'assenza del servizio reception notturno ed il fatto che per la colazione visto che in tenuta eravamo poche camere ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura dove la cultura era particolarmente basata su meditazione "credo" e la colazione non era tradizionale ma potrei dire turca e non a tutti piace. Tutto buono e fatto in casa con prodotti km 0.

Rigenerarsi in un luogo bucolico.

La struttura è molto estesa nel verde e ogni angolo è curato. Si può passeggiare tranquillamente e scoprire scorci bellissimi nella natura, fino ad arrivare al laghetto. La colazione molto buona.

Location molto bella.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non propriamente brillante. Cena a buffet 30€ mi è sembrato un po' esagerato, soprattutto per la scelta limitata dei piatti, ma anche per l'acqua, non in bottiglia e soprattutto solo naturale. La colazione è stato l'elemento più deludente: alla richiesta di un cappuccino e un caffè latte ci siamo visti mescolare il caffè americano del thermos con il latte riscaldato perché, al dire stizzito della cameriera, il caffè espresso è a pagamento (anche se il giorno precedente ci era stato fatto senza menzionare nessun pagamento). Le camere andrebbero un po' rimodernate (es. Doccia che non si chiude bene),, ma soprattutto andrebbero cambiati i cuscini/materassi che sono inutilizzabili. Peccato perché il posto è molto carino, ma andrebbe gestito meglio.
