About this house rental
Our home at Cooks Beach boasts 4 large bedrooms with 7 comfy beds: 2 x queen, 1 x double and 4 x single, to accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
It has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which opens up to two separate outdoor areas. There is a BBQ available. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and baking equipment and a dish washer. We also have a TV and full laundry facilities.
There is a single carport, suitable to park a boat and also space available to pitch a tent. There is plenty of off street parks.
In addition to the two bathrooms, there is an outdoor shower.
We are only a 3 minutes’ walk to the beach and a 10 minutes’ walk to Purangi estuary, 5 minutes drive to Ferry Landing and short ferry ride to Whitianga with fantastic Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping.
The local shops are also only a 5 minute walk away.
Our house is an ideal place for people to relax in.
Special conditions:
Pets allowed with prior approval.
Smoking allowed outside only.
We rely on our guests to leave the house in a satisfactory condition for our next guest.
Please clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.
Linen is not provided. Please bring your own linen (towels, fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases).

Beautiful clean home, nice tall shower, good supply of cutlery/plates etc. and even a Coffee Plunger!!

Overall we had a good experience. However there was a lack of cleanliness. Upon entering the house there was an oder. Also, the fridge smelled very bad and there was pet/human hair on duvet.
