Rather small rooms, sound isolation from neighbors is weak, no problem when it is vacant.

Exceptional!

Robyn has the perfect accommodation if you are heading out to Clarks Beach and need somewhere to stay - tranquility on the water. We rekindled our love for scrabble this time round and got to meet Robyn. The accommodation is beautifully kept and the hostess is super thoughtful. Highly recommend this little get away whether it be with a couple of friends or just for yourself to gather your thoughts!

Everything about this place is likeable from the butter dish, to the condiments in the pantry to the pegs to hang things on the line to the extra blankets!

Serene, beautiful

Absolutely beautiful spot right on the water, though low tide wasn’t so pretty. Very quiet area. A lovely relaxing rejuvenating stay. Gorgeous comfortable apartment with everything I needed - I loved it even though it rained most of the time. The artwork is wonderful! Oh, and great communication with the owner!

It was a bit further away from town than I realised. Definitely couldn’t walk to anywhere.

A stnning idyll.

A stunning idyll on the river mouth. The apartment was spacious and clean, very comfortable, just steps from the waterfront, ideal to watch the sunset. More than adequately equipped including a choice of cereal, yoghurts and fruit. The host was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The location straight on the waterfront with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets ideal location to unwind and enjoy the comfort of home away from home.

The quality build home and surrounding are outstanding especially the wonderful living room the outside deck and the full self contained kitchen great bathrooms and facilities so clean and welcoming the home is like a paradise for unwinding or to be one ,with nature I’m sure we be back thank you Robin meeting you and your kindness made me feel As if I had known you all my life your kindness and personality are admirable to say it mildly if we were closer I’m sure we been the best of friends 🤗 thank you nothing but 5 stars

I would highly recommend the place and loved every moment of our stay

We loved the serenity of the place. Excellent view of the water. Facilities were clean and well kept. Everything you could think of was catered for. If you are looking for a quite place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everything, then this is the place to be.

The table in the living room was a little low for us and made it a little awkward to have a meal at the table. The pull out sofa was a little uncomfortable if you sat on it for too long.

Great location .Quickly discovered Clarks beach is a nice distance away from the busy Auckland area ,but still nice drive to get to the Airport ( I visited Butterfly creek )and South Auckland ,which was my purpose being here for my stay .The fish chip shop and restaurant Chin Wags ,was amazing food .both Located a few minute's away .

Serene private retreat

The property was right on the water in a very private and serene location. It felt like you were in your own holiday home. There were only two units, so it is very quiet. Robyn, the owner, was most hospitable and a pure Kiwi treasure!
