We had a fantastic stay at Grahams Beach to celebrate my husband’s 60th with family and friends - ages 7 to 60! The house was perfect for the large gathering, with plenty of kitchen and dining equipment, different spaces for people to hang out, and a fantastic location to explore! Beautiful views from the deck and living areas. Very good communications with host and property manager with prompt responses to our questions. We’d love to come back!

There's something about this place that keeps attracting me back to it. This was my 4th visit with a different group of friends that hadn't been here. They were totally impressed and had nothing but glowing comments about the cleanliness, room arrangement and all the linen, cutlery, glassware, etc that was provided.

I treated my children and the grandchildren a weekend away at this special place- a group of 8. The excitement of choosing which bedroom to have and who got the bunks was a highlight. There was just so much room for us all to relax or get together to play games together. The views over the Manukau was spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the deck just watching the sunrise, boats and planes. We loved the little walkway down to the private beach-a little steep for the oldies, but we made it! The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil and plates etc you could need and the beds were comfortable and cosy. We did not want to leave and we will definitely go back again for a family holiday. Thank you to Kim for letting us use your special place.

We had such a great time in Awhitu, the house is great for large groups with uts extensive balcony & lounge areas. So close to your own private beach which is great for an early morning walk around to the boat ramp. Highly recommend staying here, host & mamager very easy to deal with too!

A great secluded place for a family to celebrate a birthday. Breath taking views from the deck and a much needed getaway for the family. Very spacious and had all the facilities that we needed for the weekend. Kids just loved how much room the house had especially the bunks. Easy access to the beach side and good to see the kids out in nature and away from their devices. Apart from the long drive (great scenic route) there was nothing I could fault on this beautiful two story home! I would definitely come back. I have already shared this place to family and friends that if needing a holiday...this is the place to be.

This was a fantastic place for our large family of 15 people. Plenty of comfortable beds, large and comfortable living areas that fitted us all very well, well set up kitchen, lovely views and easy access to the beach. Our family recently stayed here for a whole week to celebrate our Mums 70th Birthday. 15 of us under one roof and the space was unreal. It slept all of us comfortably and plenty of extra blankets for the colder evenings. 2 living area's made for relaxed lounging which flowed into the dining area so everyone could enjoy each others company. The kids loved the cows in the paddock right outside and the views from the wrap around deck were amazing overlooking the water. Very secluded so it was perfect for a quiet getaway from all of the hustle & bustle of city life. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having the washer & dryer were a bonus as the kids were quick to get through their changes. Also having 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets was very convenient for the number of family we had staying there. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to make use of the beach and outdoor spaces but we did manage to go for a walk to check it out using the private access. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be looking to stay again when its warmer 😊. Liz was also very accomodating and helpful on more than one occasion and her communication was great along with some helpful tips to make our stay even better so thanks Liz. You definitely made things alot easier.

Great house for a big group of people. The 11 kids running around had heaps of space inside and outside. Greta to have easy access to beach and a nice walk down to local park. Well equipped kitchen, comfy big beds, beautiful views, loved the dead end balcony which was safe for kids to run around on, would definitely come back!!

This house was a great base for a number of our family and friends who were up for wedding from Christchurch. The house is awesome and well set up. We may have hit a couple of the coldest nights in Auckland waking up to a frost one morning. We were short just a couple of extra blankets. An awesome Little Bay at the bottom of the property.

It was more than we expected. The Whanau were all excited and amazed at the set up of the house, the beautiful views, the space was great. TV was great, the kids loved the fact they could watch there movies. Was awesome having access to the beach and taking a stroll. I'm so happy we came to Grahams Beach.

Our whanau loved the pla e and would stay again but ....... we arrived late and tired and mistly went to bed as we all had a birthday in Waiuku the next day. When we awoke we had bugs in our hair, beds etc snd wgen eating breakfast bugs , ants were falling into our food which looked like it was from the ceiling. When we let the agent know all she did was insinuate our family was lieing and when we asked for some sort of recompense she accused me of practically blackmailing her. The owner was much better to deal with, but we have still have to talk with her about the situation but haven't yet because of my family situation at the moment.
