Not a place i would go back to, it has potential but needs money spent on upgrades

great grounds and garden and BBQ area. Well maintained gardens. Good location easy to get to in a quiet area south of Hamilton.

The place is very run down and poorly specked. There is no water pressure, only one shower in a house with 5 beadrooms which has a faulty drain and tap so its hard to get hot water, limited towles, cheap fit outs, huge holes in the drive way, the toilets are dirty and everything is cheap.
