About this house rental
Beachfront. This is a beautiful beachfront retreat, new and modern. It has been architecturally designed to appear as an iconic New Zealand bach, at one with its secluded tranquil setting. We invite you to come and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views across gardens to Coopers Beach and Doubtless Bay. It is both private and quiet, on its own section with its very own beach access. Enjoy all day sun from the north facing deck. Well appointed and fully furnished, the Black Bach is self-contained with its own BBQ area. A short walk along the beach to the local Four Square, butchery and fish and chips. This is an idyllic spot for summer and winter retreats, and is a perfect honeymoon destination. A good central base to explore the Far North. Swim, fish, and listen to the sounds of the birds and the waves. "A little slice of paradise with Tuatuas on the side".
"O for awesome bach!! One of the best places we have ever stayed at; will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later! Fresh tuatuas from beach in front of the bach, mussels from rocks at Cable Bay, and fresh snapper from out in the Bay; even sunbathed in winter... how awesome is that!! Hugh and Sue were wonderful hosts, this place is a must for rest and relaxation!!"

Fantastic in every way! Beautiful inside and out, stunning views, wonderful hosts - just perfect!! We absolutely loved our 3 days here and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in the future. It was awesome to be able to bring our little dog with us too.
