About this house rental

The renovated BURGSTATION house offers accommodation for 5-6 people on approximately 130 square meters of living space.
In the approx. 40 sqm living-dining room on the 1st Floor you can eat comfortably and linger. From there you can also access the large, partly covered terrace with a grill.
The kitchen connects directly to the living-dining room and was completely renewed in December 2014.
In the two bedrooms on the 2nd On the first floor there is a double bed and in the children's room a loft bed and a normal bed - for dreaming.
The newly designed bathroom has a large tub, a spacious shower cubicle and underfloor heating.
WiFi is available.
The non-smoking house is located in the Ebersteinburg district, in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop (approx. 8 minutes by bus to the center). Village shops and bakeries can be reached in just a few steps and offer everything you need, including fresh organic products from the region.

The BURGSTATION is only rented directly to private individuals, travel agencies and apartment brokers undesirable!

charming property! 3 main levels. plenty of space. very clean. good instructions. close to the bus stop which can take you to the city center pretty fast! there are no restaurants near the home as it is a more residential area so we ate in town and got a few groceries to have breakfast at home. Lovely bakery a few doors down!

The home was wonderful, the host and her representative especially was welcoming, informative and helpful. We had a baby with us, and we appreciated the extra touches for children. The village was beautiful, and perfect for children. Nice to be close to a bakery and great Pizza restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well laid out accommodation,had breakfast outside ,every morning,next door is a bakery…..lovely buttery croissants…only downside,being road noise can be a bit obtrusive,but overall a great place for vacation,thanks again.

We thought it would be a quieter, village location, but it was right on the main thoroughfare through town. Traffic noise started in the mornings around 6:00am. The layout was confusing - there are 3 different doors on the ground floor, but you go up to get to the kitchen/living, then another floor to the bedrooms. This is also the first short term rental we've ever stayed at in which we had to sign a form and return it before we received the wifi password. We liked the split levels between living and bedrooms and the location was close to a lot of things. You can walk next door to the bakery in the mornings and hiking trails are nearby.

This place is quite large for a German apartment. Everything was nicely furnished and clean. The local assistant was extremely helpful, including recommendations for travel and shopping. This can really make a difference. Communication was as good as can be asked for. It is on a street that can be a bit loud at night and early in the mornings, especially in summer when you need the windows open to cool off. This is a bit hard for Americans to get used to, but it is reality in Germany. Overall 10/10.

We thought the location was great to access Baden-Baden. 50 steps to the bakery. The apartment was clean, very well stocked and roomy. We enjoyed dinners on the patio. The use of the washer and dryer was very helpful for our long trip. Communications were easy and timely. A great place for a family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place if visiting Baden-Baden and the northern end of the Black Forest!

Spotless. Really nice. Very comfortable. Nice walk into Baden-Baden and an easy bus journey back with lots of frequency re buses. Village is very quiet - great that there is a bakery next door and the pizza restaurant down the road. Surroundings a wondefully green outside the village and it is really peaceful. Very pleased we found here - away from the bustle of Baden-Baden but an easy walk.

Everything was as advertised. We didn’t realize it was multistory but it wasn’t a problem at all. Neighborhood is quiet and the bakery nearby (s’Becke) is amazing! Property manager was really nice and the owner was always quick to respond. Left a nice welcoming bottle of water and honey which was delicious! Overall, it was a nice place to stay!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property with our 1 year old daughter. The house is oddly laid out, but very comfortable with everything you need. We loved sitting on the outdoor porch. The area the house is located in is very quiet. We could only find the yummy bakery and pizza place open. Parking could be challenging at times but we always found something. All in all, it’s a fine property that is spacious and has all that you need out of the direst craziness of Baden Baden

The location was absolutely lovely and 10 min to get to town downtown Baden-Baden. The house was perfect for our family of 6. Great to be able to cook meals in the fabulous kitchen. We really enjoyed eating on the patio for our meals. The house is beautiful with a great kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms were perfect as well with a great laundry room. The bakery is so close that we walk there every day for breakfast meal. The Pizza place down the street was wonderful as well. We hope to visit again and stay at this fabulous home.

We stayed there with another couple for 11 days. We have a lot of experience at these kinds of holiday homes and this is one of the best one's. * Owners are very friendly and made us feel at home. * The house was very clean * Very comfortable kitchen, a lot of accessories and stuff * Big and comparable bathroom * Very comfortable and big beds and nice sheets and towels * Very nice bakery 20 meters away, we had fresh bred every morning * "Magic Forest" 15 minutes by foot, magical place to take morning walks. We spent a very good week in this beautiful house. The place is very quiet and very close Baden-Baden center. The accomodation is very well furnished and spacious. Baden-Baden is well situated if you want to go to the baths, to walk in the forest or to visit not far beautifull cities.

Het huis is zeer net en compleet, fijne badkamer, goede communicatie. Alleen heel jammer is dat het langs een hele drukke straat ligt waar het verkeer met 60 km/u voorbij raast (hoewel het een 30 weg is), buiten kun je elkaar soms niet verstaan en niet relaxed buiten zitten

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und hatte alles was man sich wünschen kann. Küche und Badezimmer voll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist auch schön und mit einem Gasgrill gibt es auch. Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Urlaub.

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. An Sauberkeit ließ es nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das WLAN funktionierte auch zum Streamen reibungslos. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Burgstation war super. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir sind am 26.12. abgereist und hatten frische Blumen auf dem Tisch stehen. Es war von allem mehr da, als man erwarten kann. Toilettenpapier, Badezusätze, Tee, Gewürze, Kaffee, Essig, Öl, Spülmaschinentabs und und und. Einfach alles vorhanden. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Kinderzimmer ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt jede Menge Spielzeug und Bücher, ein Nachtlicht. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Ein Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus kann man stündlich in die Stadt fahren. In der Nähe ist auch ein super Spielplatz. Man kann die Burg besuchen und allgemein sehr schön spazieren gehen. Wir haben die Fackelwanderung mitgemacht, die super organisiert war. Beim Bäcker und im Dorfladen bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Afspraken waren zeer duidelijk vooraf waardoor inchecken zeer vlot ging. Alles was zeer proper en verzorgd. We hebben met 4 ( 1 ouder en 3 tieners) een zeer goed verblijf genoten. Het huis is zeer praktisch en goed ingericht. Bovendien is het uitstekend uitgerust. Dank je voor fijne verblijf. Een aanrader.

Sehr schönes , großes und komfortables Ferienhaus . Haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Haben viel gesehen im Schwarzwald. In Baden Baden (Innenstadt) empfiehlt sich die Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs( Bus). Der Bus hält in Sichtweite des Ferienhauses.Super!Ansonsten ist das Parkhaus am Cite- Kino eine Alternative, denn das Parkticket ist gleichzeitig die Fahrkarte für 5 Personen für den Bus , der direkt ins Zentrum fährt. Empehlenswert ist das Hardbergbad in Baden Baden. Superschön, gut aufgeteilt in verschiedene Becken, direkt am Hang und die Familienkarte ist echt günstig.Insgesamt gab es für uns viel zu sehen. Es gibt tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, die mit dem Auto auch gut erreichbar sind. Der Schwarzwald ist von seiner Kulisse sehr beeindrucken und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, und bietet viel Platz für bis 6 Personen. Die Lage ist auch ideal für uns, man ist schnell in Baden-Baden, aber auch Gaggenau und Rastatt.

Es war sehr schön. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Haus ist im excellenten Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal für die Erholung. Auch wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man mit der öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gemütlich ins Zentrum fahren. Alles war sehr gut organisiert von der Besitzerin. Herzlichen Dank und bis bald!

großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad und Schlafräume gepflegt und recht neuwertig. Die Matratzen sind nicht zu weich und sind ebenfalls in gutem Zustand. Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über den 1. & 2. Stock des Hauses, das Haus hat man komplett für sich. Toll!. Schade, dass es direkt an der Durchgangsstraße liegt. Bis 22h und ab 6h hört man den Verkehr. Im Sommer 2017 war außerdem eine Baustelle direkt daneben. Der pofessionelle und sehr freundliche Kontakt & Empfang machten es leicht darüber hinweg zu sehen.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist wirklich sehr ansprechend ausgestattet und gepflegt, die Lage sehr nah am Battert, Felsen, die beeindrucken. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und eine geniale Badewanne, in der man sich aufwärmen kann. Die Betten sind gemütlich und bequem.... Die Küche in hohem Standard ausgestattet. Sehr unkomplizierten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Burgstation. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man braucht und es war sauber. Von Waschmaschine über Trockner bis hin zu Backofen und Mikrowelle - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Nur morgens störte der Straßenlärm etwas. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, sollten wir noch einmal in den Schwarzwald reisen!

We are a family with 2 kids (9 and 11 years old) and had a pleasant time staying at Burgstation. The house is very spacious, well maintained, Internet speed is satisfactory, hot water running well. The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso machine, things for baking, good utenciles for cooking. The instruction booklet includes some maps for hiking routes of various degrees which we used every day for our walks. During our stay, the temperature went up to 35 C and it was pretty hot outside. But it was cool and comfortable in the house. The house does not have a garden for kids to play but there is a playground nearby. It has a big terrace where our kids enjoyed riding scooter. If you want quietness, the house is on a main street and traffic noises, though not too much, might bother you.

Wir fanden ein sauberes, aufgeräumtes und gepflegtes Haus vor, in dem es an überhaupt nichts fehlt. Auch unsere Kinder fühlten sich sofort wohl und inspizierten gleich das Kinderzimmer. Alle Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Betten super bequem. Alles in allem für uns das perfekte Urlaubszuhause, das wir bestimmt wieder ansteuern werden, da es hier noch viel zu entdecken gibt.
