Somehow, after we checked in, our room was also given to another person who used their key and walked in on us! They were as shocked as we were (thankfully, neither of us had just stepped out of the shower). Next morning after breakfast, we found that our keys had been deactivated and our names was no longer on the occupant list!

I couldn't get cookies because I wasn't a reward member. Lame. I paid for the room, can't put cookies out there and not let me partake! LOL

Newer property, liked the room layout, and the soap lotion brand. The breakfast was pretty good.

Room had a stale smell, bathroom toilet was dirty, caulking was not done correctly. The bed was a little hard as well.

Breakfast was good. They had oatmeal!!! My husband went for seconds on biscuits and gravy.

Beds are too tall! Short people like me feel like we're climbing Mt. Everest to get into bed. Frankly, it could be dangerous as it's easy to slip off the edge of the bed.

Great stay

We stay here at least a couple times a summer. It has become a place we can always count on for being just like we remembered. If that makes sense.

It's not unique to this hotel but just let the air conditioner run at night. Waking up to it being hot as the gates is annoying.

the main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool for the kids which the pool area itself was extremely unbearably hot they had outside doors and inside doors propped open to no avail. When I asked the front office she said she doesn’t control the temperature which I understand and asked if the doors were still open. I also asked for 2 extra towels for my room and she wanted to know why I needed more towels as I already had 2 I explained why and she said some people take towels I assured her I was not going to take any towels and then I just said one will do and she said ok I could get 1.

Nice hotel except for the motion sensor on the ac thermostat.

Clean and nice

The thermostats in the room have motion sensors that turn the air conditioning off when your sleeping and not moving around the room. It was August and HOT and we couldn’t get any sleep because the ac wouldn’t stay on. I’ve seen this before at budget type hotels but never expected it at a Holiday Inn Express. Definitely don’t stay at this hotel in the summer unless you like it hot in the room at night.

there were no carts for luggage when we arrived at 6pm and when we left at 9am. there were 5 of us. all anyone would say is someone must have it in there room. very annoying.

Found a pill in between our bed sheets. Which would mean the bedding was not changed from the last guests 🤮. Told manager, was told that they would inform cleaning staff.

We stay here at least a couple times of year. It's clean and quiet. The staff is always wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good for what it is. It's located close to everything you could need.

The one thing I don't like is pretty common to most hotels so it's almost not worth mentioning but the air conditioning could be better. It's like the frequency it comes on is tied to movement in the room.

Very easily located. The breakfast was really good both days with a nice selection. The staff was polite.

They charged me for the second room twice. I had already paid in full through booking two weeks prior. When I got there they made me put the charge for the second room on my card even though I showed them that I had already paid for it. They agreed, but couldn't get the second room to go through without paying for it a second time on site. No problem with the first room. Our bathroom wasn't clean. Hair and mold in the shower. Coffee pot in room had a calcium lime build up. Did not use. But they had free coffee in the lobby. Pillows were awful. Room itself was clean.
