The detached holiday home, built in 2002 and renovated in 2007, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The carport can be used as a covered terrace.

Klein Kedingshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is situated on a corner plot between the main road and a side street. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
