About this house rental
Our small holiday home will be 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, but it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that the floor is sometimes not 100% straight, or that a floorboard creaks, you are very welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
You enter the house through a very small front garden through a large lockable bay window. From the hallway you first reach the living room and the spacious kitchen with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and 4-burner gas stove. After the kitchen you will find the dining area with a large dining table and a view of the garden and access to the winter garden. This offers the opportunity to leave our small terraced house via the garden. We have designed and furnished the spacious living area and the kitchen in a typical Nordic way. The wooden staircase in the hallway takes you to the first floor. Here are the spacious bedroom and the children's room. In addition to the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is another light-flooded room, also with a garden view. We have set this up as a fitness area. A rowing machine, a walking belt with a steep incline and a bicycle ergometer are at your free disposal. Of course, the training levels are freely adjustable on all devices and offer fun for beginners and well-trained athletes alike. The children's room is opposite the bathroom and is furnished with a queen-size bed.
The cozy garden can be reached via a small terrace with a fixed grill and a paved area. Our chickens are also located here and are always happy to have an extra portion of feed. Unfortunately, they are not tame by hand.
In the basement of the house there is central heating with a hot water tank.

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus in ruhigem Wohngebiet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig und die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und tiefenentspannt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus. Auch wenn es teilweise sehr rustikal ist, wirkt es nicht altbacken, da es durch moderne Elemente in der Einrichtung aufgelockert wird. Die Grillecke ist spitze für warme Abende. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, sowie Hochstuhl, Babybett und sogar eine kleine Kiste mit Spielzeug. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Sehr ruhig aber dennoch ist man schnell in der Altstadt oder auf Rügen.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer klasse Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin + Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gleich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in Fußgehentfernung.
Für einen Aufenthalt in Stralsund (mit Auto) und Ausflüge in die Umgebung ein tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben sehr schön, die Einrichtung passt und es ist alles funktionstüchtig. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermietung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
