About this villa rental
Our vacation rental is located on the top floor of a townhouse in the wooded Kniepervorstadt neighborhood. The historic old town of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city forest and a fishing lake are right on your doorstep—an ideal starting point for walkers, joggers, and cyclists!
You’ll also find good shopping options nearby, as well as access to public transportation. A playground for small children is not far away, and a tennis court is just 100 m away.
You can park your car on the street for free. There is a storage area on the property for your bicycles.
We have a large dog in our family.
A bike rack in the garden is available for 2 bicycles. Alternatively, after consulting with the landlord, two bicycles can be stored in the basement.
Vacation Rental:
Our vacation rental is 56 square meters in size, located in the attic of a townhouse, and accessible via the staircase in the hallway. It features partially exposed beams and includes a living room with a couch and a separate seating area, a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 with separate mattresses), a bedroom with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a large hallway with two built-in closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower enclosure.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
